Perhaps that English-speaking man of his was right. Maybe a demon of some sort really has taken up residence in Thorfinn’s body, puppeteering the boy’s corpse for its own ends.
Then Askeladd gets called ‘baldy’ and he thinks—no, that must still be Thorfinn. No devil would be so unoriginal as the brat.

Read the first two chapters which cover the anime (more or less) and stopped at chapter 3 because of manga-only spoiler warnings.
Can't figure out what Thorfinn actually is... some kind of undead werewolf? Interesting, though.
