    Dr Bright is seen as not human anymore, using D-class as a body causing fear and distrust among his coworkers, because of his cloning ability and who's to say he wouldn't try to take over them? well that's what's going on in their minds anyway.

    Adding the fact that the D-class are criminals who were on death row, the security personal are all to willing to take care of things when it comes to an SCP and D-class.
