Summary
Spock's pon farr comes early due to the destruction of Vulcan. Nyota is unable to cope with the stark brutality she finds as reaility hits home. The captain will have to take necessary actions.

Uhura initially talks herself into seeing Spock through his Pon Farr. However she is clearly reluctant and didn't fully understand what Pon Farr involves on an instinctual level. Once she encounters him in full blood fever she is justifiably uncomfortable and rejects him which sets him off worse and he gets violent and also attempts to force a meld/bond. She manages to fight him off enough to call for help and security arrives before any penetration/rape occurs but there is definite physical violence and sexual assault.
Jim decides to take her place to save Spock. He is a bit more prepared, understands Pon Farr a bit better, and is very comfortable being a sub. Between that and general T'hy'la-ness Jim and Spock are pretty solidly consenting and have a more enjoyable time.
