Star Sapphire collapsed to her knees. She’d been so close. She’d finally escaped Homeworld, only to be caught by a different kind of monster; out of the lab, and into the prison cell. Probably these strange organic beings, the “Gordanians”, intended to enslave her. Or maybe – and this thought sent a chill to the very core of her gem – maybe they wanted to trade her back to Homeworld.
She needed to get out.
