The limo drive was calm and filled with a... tension- well I would so that is the correct word more like anticipation? Excitement.? Or maybe some other more fitting synonym. It hard to explain it was a positive feeling of anxiety, a good feeling of anticipation. Like a kid excited to go to the fair.
White Hat hadn't looked away from me since we entered the car and honestly I could keep my thoughts or eyes off of him either...
"So any hints on what you made that we are going to see?"
"Hmm no but I'm no oppose to giving suggestions if you ask ~" Hat gave a innocent and cute smile I knew was fake and held so much more nefarious meaning.
"What do you want me to do get on my knees and beg?"
"Oh that sounds like the nicest way to ask! Go in try it I might give you a hint" his smile was big and cheery.
I was tempted to shout at him I was a damn dog but I feel a warm feeling in my stomach and honestly... I don't think I would mind do that for Hat...
"I give you a kiss if you just tell me" I bargain back I give a sly smile and regard him with half lidded eyes.
Hat pauses for a moment and then he give a cheery smile that seemed more sinister that chipper, "Ohh you have yourself a deal!" Hat adjusted in his seat so we were closer than before, and leaned into him.
It was a simple sweet kiss and after it was more intense. Hat caressed my cheek and I was pulled back into a intense kiss he pull me in and licking and pulling at my lips to I simply let him into my mouth and he took full advantage of it.
He caressed my tongue and soon I was shiver as I tried to kiss back, he was so intense, I kissed back at him but I was quickly failing to keep up he was an incredible kisser not to mention he had me wrapped in his arms. We had kissed like this for a while. It was honestly amazing.
Felt like a teenager again.
We had kisses like that till the car stopped. I hadn't honestly been paying attention. The. Once I finally realized we stopped I regain some of my thoughts.
H-huh... HEY! You distracted me! I said a kiss not... not..." then I felt my self blush and then I held my head in obvious defeat. Curse him and his soft lips and long tongue and... shit I'm getting distracted again.
"Hmm not what love?" He leaned back in like he wanted to kiss him again.
"Hey no more kisses I want answers" I feel my face heat up as I cover my head in my bag again.
I stare at him and he gives a fake innocent laugh before leaning back and his limo driver comes and open the door for him. And one he was out he offered me a hand to exit as well.
"Okay, I'll give you answers" he still has a cheeky smile on his face as he leads the way into a rather unassuming and well maintained... warehouse?
It was a warehouse I knew of, I had to talk with hero companies about supply shipments so I was well aware of the this warehouse company in specific but not why we were here.
Was it a work issue? It so he is going to killed the Heroes' assistant because he made is crystal clear that if another Ben ten insistent happened again he was committing murder and going back to prison.
Slug soon let go of his violent thoughts when he saw the lack of security around the warehouse and the it appeared to be empty?
Okay he was even more confused now, why were they at a seemingly empty warehouse?
"Okay Hat, I know you know that I have been trying to figure out what all this is I am ready to admit defeat... what are you showing me?"
I guess my genuinely confused and stressed voice broke his playfully secretive mood because he soon wrapped me in his arms (dang it he keeps catching off guards with his warm hugs)
He hugged me till I almost forgot I was outside and I was a warm cozy blob.
"Ahh it's okay Love it's not a bad thing, at least it's not a work related bad thing. It's all based on how you react when seeing it is all". Hat noted softly as he kissed my head over my bag.
"Again that doesn't make me feel much better and you know by now I hate surprises." I stated feeling my headache return only slightly.
"I know but it's better like that for now that to tell you, think of it as a... as a better shown that role type of situation." Hat gave him a smile and kept leading him in to the warehouse.
"Okay empty warehouse? Is that all?" I asked knowing that it very obviously wasn't.
Hat giggled at my sarcasm and with loud snap of his fingers all the windows in the warehouse were closed and we were left in the the artificial glow of the dingy ceil light. And Hat made a show taking off his over coat.
"We had been working on this for a while, Slug"
He stated almost eerily cheerful.
"We finally go it right so we wanted to show you something... something amazing..."
Yeah this was really unsettling all of a sudden.
He too off one of his whit gloves and used a razor sharp claw he grew out of his hand to cut his palm and I watch as almost black colored blood poured to the floor in a inky black stream and flow into the perfect shape of a circle and continue to flow.
"Uhh Hat are you..." I was left in utter shock and honest to god horror. What the fuck was he doing.
"No love I'm fine watch what's happening." He gesture to the floor as the blood circle turned into a blood... is that some type of summoning circle?
"Hat?"
"Keep watching Slug"
In a matter of moments the circle and all of its symbols were completed and so the circle flashed bright white and blue light before shifting to a black and red eerie glow. It cause the earth to quake and soon the circle created a dome of black and red energy and once the circle stopped glowing I was left in utter shock and confusion.
Who the fuck were these two?
One looked like a evil versions of Hat while the the carbon copy of me look like a scared wimpy version of myself.
White hat have a cheery clap and smile big and bright. His hand stopped bleeding and his gloves were back on along with his coat.
"Eee! It's so goo to see you again Black Hat! I missed you so much!!!"
White hat ran over to give the "Black" hat a big hug but the other wasn't having it and soon pushed him away from his person and scoffed at the touch all together.
"Don't touch my you smiley sea urchin!" He yelled loud and angry at hat.
I felt something boil bitter in my gut.
"Hey watch you mouth asshat!" I yell back in defense of Whitehat.
"Egh, and what are you going to do about it you. Lowly mortal flesh pile?"
"Oh please you barely even did serve my insults you you edgy dipshit, I'm not wasting time putting a pompous jerk in his place!" I angry shouted back at him, who the fuck was this guy anyways how dare he come here and insult his bf, only he could be mean to Whitehat not this edgy reject.
"Peasant, you aren't even worth the dirty under my shoes, you don't even have a right to speak directly to me, I could have you I see gutted out of you, now watch you mouth and stay in your place."
"Oh please I've seen puppies scarier than you! I'm not scared of a Halloween costume reject nor am I listening to one." I yell back, I saw the weird wimpy copy of myself coward behind "Blackhat" but i didn't pay him any mind as I glared down the rude jackass infront of me.
He silently glared back with a bitter and angry face before it morphed into a evil grin.
"Hahahahhahahaha!" He gave a maniacal laugh and kept his eyes locked on my glared and I unabashedly continued to glared back at him.
"I like him." Blackhat stated simply an finally looked to Whitehat who had a excited smile on his face.
What?
"What?"
"I like your bite, your not a pushover" he stated simply as the wimpy my finally became less scared and finally gave me a look.
"Who the fuck is he?" I finally addressed the wimpy loser
"Oh, I-I'm sorry I'm Flug, Dr.Flug"
I gave him a once over and the looked back up to the jerk Blackhat.
"I'm Dr. Slug..." I stated simply.
"You figured it out smartass?" Blackhat stated in a knowning voice.
"It's be hard not to" I stated sharply still not liking him.
White hat placed an arm around my shoulders and I folded my arms in an annoyed manner.
Almost like a stroke of genius Flug gasped and soon gave me a better look not fully cowering behind Blackhat.
"So... so this is a simulation or clones this is honestly-"
"Alternate dimensional travel and meeting of alternate reality versions of ourselves." I ended his observation.
I felt my fave heat up and my mind run a mile a minute with heart pounding excitement. Flug seemed more open to show his happiness.
"T-that's incredible! Honest to stars dimensional hopping! This is a scientific impossibility right in front of us!" Flug stated as he regarded me with awe. But he was correct this was a scientific impossibility made real and guessing he is also a scientist, I knew he would be elated and curious about this. It was amazing! Then I paused.
Hmm...
"Your surprise for me was tearing a portal into another dimension..."
"Is that why you didn't want to ruin the surprise you weren't sure if I would like it?"
WhiteHat gave a tiny and nodded almost like a happy puppy. "I wanted to get your reaction fully, so do you you like it?" He asked.
"Aww that's so sweet tearing a hole in the fabric of space time for me."
"I'm happy you like it Love," White hat leaned into me almost like he wanted to kiss me but I placed my hand on his lips.
"Nope, I don't like kissing in public" I simply teased him looked at doppelgängers and was shocked to find them blushing.
"Wait? White you actually..." Blackhat have White and Slug a mortified face as glared at us.
"Oh sorry Hat I forgot you don't like when I get all affectionate in your presence.
"NO YOU BUBBLY FOOL I MEAN THE LOVELY KISSY STUFF WITH... HIM?!? WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO DATE HIM... IF HE'S LIKE FLUG HE IS A WEAK SPINLESS WIMP OF A MORTAL!!!"
"Oh Hat you are being mean, Flug is plenty brave for a mortal."
"Wait so you two aren't... you know... dating?" I ask I genuine curiosity, it's shocking that they aren't since they were you know our dimensional parallels.
Slug and Blackhat blushed like crazy, I could Slug was he has the same nervous ticks as I do, but more... pronounced.
Then Blackhat cleared his throat and looked at Slug the same time Slug looked at him. And in a fit of embarrassment he shot out a tentacle to grab at Slugs neck and strangle him like he wanted him dead.
"EWWW NO I WOULD LIKE THE SIDEWALK BEFORE I DATE THIS WEAK BOTTOM-FEEDER OF WASTED SPACE!!!" He then released Slug and I made sure to catch him.
"You're right about him being spinless, I would never let Whitehat treat me like a door mat." I glared at Blackhat and then at Slug, not in disgust but disappointment, he was catching his breath and looking up at me like a pitiful dog. But there was something else there...
"Hat you wouldn't do that to Slug..." White stated annoyed and whiny. He sounded more like he was angry someone stole his toy and not the attempted strangulation of someone...
I straightened up Slug and I could see the smile in his eyes as he meekly readjusted his lab coat.
Whit and Black were already walking to the limo, so I simply followed.
This is going to be... interesting...
