Summary
An assassin has been hitting the higher corrupted members of the political climates. Due to the high political nature, Detective Tsukauchi is ordered onto the case.
Kuro, has spent his entire life as an assassin. After a failed killing Kuro has been able to break free of the brainwashing. To get his revenge he starts killing them one by one. He is able to stay one step ahead of his pursuers by using his quirk: Blink. It allows him to see a few seconds into the futures and their possibilities.
Naomasa at his wits end goes to Nezu for help. With Nezu's help they are able to corner Kuro. Only to find a child.

Summary
Until luck failed him once more. What could have redeemed himself in his mother's eyes was being born with a quirk or an Awakened. Unfortunately he did not have a quirk. At four and a half he diagnosed as quirkless. This made anyone who had any pity for him turn away. Quirkless were less than everyone except for the Markless. The only thing good thing was that in the tests he had shown a strong potential to become an Awakened.
Awakened were men and woman who were stronger and healed faster than normal men and women. When one first Awakened a status screen similar to what one would see in a video game would appear. They first appeared with dungeons in their world 50 years before quirks. They were ranked from S Class to F Class Awakened. Most started came into their power at E or D Rank and by the time they retired they were able to become C Rank. F Rank were seen as nothing more than cannon fodder and should just live a normal life
