"If they would have bothered to reply to any of my letters I would have told them like I planned. Now, I don't care wether they know or not." She said with a shrug. "Im going to act how I always act with you, it's up to them if they can figure it out."
Draco smiled and gave her a quick kiss before turning to the rest of the group with a smirk.
"You know, I think we can have some fun with this." Blaise, Theo and Pansy and returned the smirk and nodded. Ginny just looked at them all and then turned to Hermione.
Hermione just chuckled and rolled her eyes. "Slytherins." Ginny grinned.

Summary
Sometimes the best choice you can make for yourself is the selfish one. Hermione knew that and she wouldn't apologize for it, even if it did end up costing her her friends.
But people move on and Hermione formed a new life for herself. When her old friends see it first hand they start to think that maybe they had been wrong before. Too bad you can't change the past.
