Summary

As an official member of Team Levi, she finds herself becoming closer to her Captain, and developing feelings beyond that of a subordinate and her superior. Tragedy and loss bring them ever closer together, to the point where she can't just ignore it anymore, and she takes a risk.

Summary
Birdie had gone through most of her life as a military engineer within the Garrison Regiment peacefully. She didn't have to fight titans, just come up with weapons and contraptions that would prevent them from breaking down the walls that protected humanity.
However, the discovery of a human having the ability to transform into a titan changed all of that, causing her to leave her current military position for a new, much more dangerous one.
There, she meets Captain Levi. A cold, distant man who Birdie can't help but want to get to know.

You knew Erwin was crazy.
Serving as a Scout for over a decade, life has shown you more than enough. Most things don't surprise you anymore, but when Erwin decided to recruit three thugs from the Underground, knowing full well the risks that would bring, me managed to outdo himself.
And while that was already gnawing at your nerves, he doubled down on this insanity and assigned you a task - befriend the girl in the trio of thugs and make her unknowingly spill some useful information. All while avoiding getting caught by any of them.
