Summary
Anastasia is a happy woman. She is an Emanator of Destruction capable of snapping people's skulls with a flick of her wrist. She is happily married to Xianchen, a Nihility Emanator, has two children of her own, works as a music tutor while her husband works as a physician. They are wealthy, not absurdly wealthy, but wealthy enough to live comfortably. Her husband loves her, as do her children. All in all, it is a happy life by all standards.
Except for the fact that both her and her husband's identities are fake, both of them are agents in an organization working against the governments of not one, but multiple planets and systems. Yichen would often say they sound like villains, which is often true, but if being villains means rescuing civilians from their tyrannical governments, Anastasia doesn't mind being called villains.
Anastasia has a small squad who join her in missions like these. Colleagues wouldn't be the accurate descriptor for the people she works with, but more parts adopted children she collected over the years. This is a collection of stories of the four disasters Anastasia picked up like strays on the streets. Some follow a plot, some don't, but all are memories all the same.
