Summary
They both have their own bedrooms, Will and him, in this modest hideout of theirs under the sweltering Cuban sun. They have their own bedrooms with their own beds covered with thin cotton sheets saturated in nighttime sweat, and most nights Will sleeps in his own except when he doesn’t, and it is those excepts which Hannibal looks forward to more than he would ever care to admit out loud.
Some days Will gets restless, going out to drink alone to Hannibal's displeasure, but Hannibal can't bring himself to be too cross with him when those trips end up with Will finding his way into Hannibal's bed.

Hannibal leans in close to Will’s ear and asks him in a whisper, just loud enough to be heard over the orchestra: “Do you want him?”
“Would you mind?” Will asks him back, just as quietly, and what he means is, Would it please you to see us together?
Hannibal and Will go to the opera. There's someone who catches Will's interest. A night of play ensues...
