All John Linnell wanted was a decent hotel to stay in during his trip to New York. What was intended to be the trip that would determine the course of his future quickly became his nightmare.
Though -- maybe not completely.
The hotel was full of questions that he figured would not get answered. In fact, he was sure he was going to die if he hadn't already. That was until someone dove into the rescue. He just wasn't sure how much of that sarcastic smirk he could take.
Everyone seemed to know way more than John Linnell. Surely something strange was going on.

Flansburgh sputtered and propped himself up to look at Linnell, his own face blushing purple hues. “Tr- try having sex??”
“No, of course not! Try using sperm for the machine's input. It might result in a better test outcome,” Linnell shrugged, as if he just said a completely innocuous statement.
Mouth agape and face flushed, Flansburgh paused to try and think of any response to what Linnell was suggesting. “But. There’s no egg.”
“Still, wouldn’t it be worth a shot? For science?”
