Summary
That cake brings to Mickey some familiar memories of his childhood. His mother used to bake this kind of Ukrainian cake for them, well when she was sober, or at least sober enough to bake something right. Sometimes she would deny Iggy from the sweet cake when he misbehaved, no matter how hard he cried and lashed out. It always worked to set Iggy straight for a few days, even weeks.
A crazy idea starts to take form slowly inside Mickey’s head while he stares the familiar dessert's name.
As they say: “You can't have your cake and eat it too.”
