"I am no better than any of you. Though I bear the title of Prince, I am no different." Legolas said, his jaw tightening.

Rhaenyra was alone. Her best friend married her father, her uncle was at the Stepstones doing what Daemon Targaryen does best, wreck havoc, and her mother was dead. She had no one but her dear friend Syrax. She was not yet Rhaenyra the Cruel, as history would remember her. She was just a scared girl, fighting for her place in the world. What if the gods took pity on her? Not the Seven who are one, nor the old gods, but the Valyrian ones. They have seen what the future holds and are most displeased with the outcome. Summary
Baelor Targaryen was born with features that decided he was unfit for a crown.
Passed over by the Great Council, he bent to honor and peace. The realm chose Viserys. Baelor chose duty.
