Summary
Katsuki had learned that sometimes being a Hero meant putting one's needs on the back-burner, and to be honest he was more okay with that than most. Easier to deflect questions when he had a ready answer; being a Hero came first.
He wanted nothing more than to be the best he can be, secondary gender by damned. That is until the only brand of suppressants he could stomach suddenly became discontinued. Now his body is forcing a heat he hasn't asked for, making decisions for him. He’s left wondering if it would be better suffering in silence at home, buried under a nest that will never feel like enough. Or giving in to his friend's request to try out the one place he never wished to visit even if he was dragged there kicking and screaming.
How far was Katsuki willing to go to seem normal.
Being an Omega sucked.

But then, once again, when Katsuki goes to dry himself off, Deku snatches the towel from Katsuki’s grasp and starts to dry Katsuki’s hair without a word.
Katsuki lets him. Because he loves him, and Katsuki knows how much Deku likes taking care of him, just like how Deku knows he likes doing the same. They care for each other so effortlessly, and that’s the beauty of it. Katsuki wouldn’t have it any other way. He’s sure that Deku would try to help Katsuki even on his deathbed, and Katsuki would no doubt do the same.

Shouto kisses Katsuki again and again. Cupping the back of his head with one hand, his fingers curl at Katsuki’s neck. The white part of his bangs flops forward and even the red side starts coming loose from its gel hold.
He presses his whole body against Katsuki’s, holds him there, forcing his back against the other floor buttons. He kisses the corner of Katsuki’s mouth before going down to kiss at his neck.
Katsuki’s whole body thrums with the feeling of him, heat buzzing under his skin. He feels tipsy all over again—laughs out loud.
or: Katsuki wants to have and to be the best in everything. He doesn’t see why sex should be any different.
