Luz Noceda was never good at paying attention in class, and as long as she got her pens she would draw all over her arms. She was seven when she really learned about soulmates, and she was eight when she finally got the courage to write something:
“How was your day?”
“What’s your name?”
“Are you ok?”
She was ten and had almost given up on her soulmate when it showed up:
