Phainon stares at the Trailblazer in bafflement as a bunch of pastries—cats? there are definitely cat features on those cakes—bounce around the Slumbering Courtyard. Hyacine is playing with a couple of them, giggling and laughing while these creatures chase after her floating friend. There are others stacked up beside the fountain, looking ready to topple right into the mystical waters.
"We call 'em critters! They're the creations of a Genius, like Herta and Screwllum, and they're now for me to bestow life upon!" The Trailblazer holds up one of said critters. The closer Phainon looks at it, the more it looks like… him?
The Trailblazer brings cat cakes into Amphoreus.
