Summary

Max doesn't understand why George has gotten so much clingier lately.
George has always been affectionate—that much isn't unusual but lately, it's different.
Every hug from behind somehow ends with George's hands slipping beneath the hem of Max's shirt, settling against the softness of his stomach.
“Look who's clingy now,”George murmurs, his voice full of amusement.
Max pauses, lifting his head slightly to look at him.The expression on his face is somewhere between offended and embarrassed.
“Shut up,” Max mutters, though there is no real bite behind it.
George immediately grins, clearly far too pleased with himself, “Nope,I will not.”
