Summary
Ashlyn just wanted another normal year. To go unnoticed and live peacefully. But she decided to follow her father's advice, "Try it, otherwise you'll never know if you really like it." So, after meeting the most annoying boy of all and his cousin, she joins a group. She goes to Savannah; it's not as bad as she thought, she even likes it.
But everything changes once at camp. After escaping from the others and being searched for by her group, they encounter a beast, almost human. Aiden decides to help, and now he's lying on the ground, nearly dead. No one knows what it is. Only that they must escape, survive.
The animal speaks to the moon; it's insane, it wants to hunt them, and Ashlyn doesn't know that from that night on, her life will never be the same. The moon witnesses their sin, everyone's sin, and now... all that's left is to live with the consequences.

Summary
Clairvoyant.
A person who claims they can see spirits or ghosts, also known as mediums or psychics. Or sensitive, as Quinn Hughes had heard being used to describe him multiple times when he was younger.
It wasn’t meant to be an insult; it was just the easiest way to explain why he was claiming to see things, or people, that weren’t there. Especially when the excuse of him being a toddler didn’t pass anymore. So, it was a childhood full of hearing:
“I’m sorry. Quinn’s just a bit sensitive.”
“Quinn, you’re just being sensitive. There’s nothing there.”
Or whatever other phrasing his parents could use to explain why their oldest son was crying about seeing ghosts.
