The water of the lake had remained undisturbed for almost the whole day, after all, it was christmas eve, a day in which most people have better things to do than riding on boats, it wasn't until midnight that a lone boat rode into the waters, two men stood on it across from eachother, none of them spoke a word, but instead, one pulled out a gun, he fired a shot, but the thick fog made it hard to aim, and the gunshot missed as the other man screamed in fear, the man holding the gun fired another shot, this one did not miss, going through to the heart of the other man on the boat; whose body was pushed into the water by his shooter. only the shooter, Miles Edgeworth, remained on the boat, with the gun still in his hand.

Summary
