Eventually, he became a collection of feelings and loose thoughts. Perspective shattered. Vaguely, and distantly, the collective that was and wasn’t him, refamiliarized itself with that twisting maze of rooms. Other things lived there. They thought and spoke, and he knew that meant they had feelings- and somehow, also, because he had feelings- he must’ve once spoke, and thought, and been one thing, too. There is a boy that is not a Human Boy. He calls him his boy, in the back of his consciousness. He cannot remember why.
