Uraraka Ochaco has always admired heroes for helping those that needed help. Due to being quirkless, she always aimed to become a rescue worker, medic or some other kind of powerless hero. However, a series of dramatic events gives her a unique chance of obtaining the Quirk of the world's number one hero and a chance to help even more people.
Of course, things will not be easy. With a hard-to-control power and even harder to control emotions, Uraraka will have to struggle to achieve her dreams.

Summary
