After the quantum jump, as new CMO, First Aid wants to give everyone a quick check up so he calls people to the medibay one at a time alphabetically. Riptide thinks First Aid has a crush on him because he keeps calling and saying that he needs to see him. He is both flattered and super nervous.
Unsure of how to proceed, Riptide seeks some advice from his friends. Shenanigans ensue!

(This utilizes lore of my main au which will be explained in each note for things that happen with in it. This takes place in a separate timeline where Heatwave doesn’t get with Chase and/or Quickshadow, and Hot Shot is his own character. Accelerate (RB Blurr) is still his adopted son)
All Whirligig wanted to do was get this parent teacher conference over with. Unfortunately when your daughter’s teacher is a hot, single and has never gone on a date in his life firebot, things take a turn.
And Whirlybird has to deal with her father’s new attraction to her teacher and switching between trying to bring them together and keeping them apart.
Both have personal issues to work out and feeling in denial about their own feelings. Only time will tell if they figure it out and truly confess to their feelings

Scraplet colonies under a certain mass mimic harmless things that a being made of delicious metal might feasibly pick up without thinking about it. Once contact is made, or perhaps once the intended prey has carried their touchable object off to a more private location, the colony will devour its prey, increase its mass, and get ready for the next meal.
That happens here-- but it’s not the only thing that happens.
