Summary
Celebrían sails to Valinor and though the air is like silver she finds she is bare and fearful; grasped by a world she has only heard of in whispers and her mother's history tales, she spends an absorbing amount of time cracking open the layer of mystery that lays upon the land of the undying.

Or, Celebrían goes full detective as a post-trauma healing hobby.

Summary
It all started for prince Maeglin in the cell of a local guard station near the artisan alley of Tirion.
Or maybe not exactly. To be in a guard station under arrest, waiting for someone to pick him up, he first needed to be arrested, right? And he was. -

Summary
As prince Curufinwë Fëanáro makes an historical speech from the high court of the King upon Túna, those at the back of the crowd strain to hear.
A silly little scene inspired by Monty Python's "Blessed are the Cheesemakers" scene from The Life of Brian, written for SWG's Everyman Challenge April 2026, using the prompt:
"A great multitude gathered swiftly, therefore, to hear what he would say; and the hill and all the stairs and streets that climbed upon it were lit with the light of many torches that each one bore in hand." ("Of the Flight of the Noldor")

Of Fëanáro Curufinwë, and his return to life.
(featuring, in no particular order: my best attempt at a Tolkienesque high fantasy tone that falters badly towards the end, a veritable crowd of mostly background OCs, musings upon the nature of change and time, as much linguistic commentary as I both knew and could shove into a fic with Mr Polyglot himself, and (hopefully) thinly disguised extended metaphors about light and sources of light)

Summary
He starts making music with no greater purpose in mind than art itself but Ecthelion's life changes as the court recognises his talents and invites him to play for them. It's not easy as an outsider without noble blood. Though it's all worth it as he gets to meet people that he has admired his entire life and even earns the attention of someone unexpected.
-
This is a story about Ecthelion's life long before Gondolin and his perspective on events such as Alqalonde and the Crossing of the Helcaraxe. It is also the story of how he meets and falls in love with Glorfindel, a Vanyarin Prince.
-
Of course there are countless cameos and guest appearences of our faves; like Maedhros and Fingon, Turgon and Elenwe and many others.
Also check out the series if you'd like to see the whole story from Glorfindel's PoV as well!

Summary
It was Prince Turukáno, in fact, who surprised me. Not to be outdone, he took a great bite of his garden-pocket with everything on it, and immediately spat it out.
“Turno!” my dear Elsúrië scolded him, and I nearly melted away in shame, but such was their friendship; the prince did not mind her familiarity. He has always been a boy of humility and dignity beyond his years.
“I do beg your pardon,” said Turukáno, remembering at last his manners. “But my garden-pocket is full of soap!”
When the Tirion chef Alassennë’s daughter surprises him with a pack of hungry Noldorin princes, necessity begets the invention of tacos.

Summary
Fëanor did not know how to explain the ill-defined uneasiness and the almost instinctual dislike he felt, how impossible it was to reconcile the impression he had gotten from the tapestry in Mandos to the reality of Daeron in person, in life. “He seems careless,” he said, because he did not know how else to explain.
“That is certainly not true,” said Nerdanel, “though I know well that I cannot expect you to take my word for it. It is long since you placed any trust in anyone’s judgment aside from your own, flawed though it is.”
Midwinter is meant to be a time of feasting and merriment, but Fëanor does not find it so, especially with Daeron of Doriath in attendance.
