Summary
Devcon, the Autobot bounty hunter, chases Decepticons across the galaxy to bring them to justice. His quarry - Astrotrain, Ramjet, Dirge, and the crime boss Lord Gyconi - are on a mission to obtain the legendary Primal Core, a valuable artifact from Cybertron's past. Devcon, along with his new partner Slizardo, means to capture the criminals and return the Primal Core to Cybertron. However, there is more to this case than meets the eye.

Summary
After receiving a message that the war between Autobots and the Decepticons has ended, Jazz decides to return back to his home planet. On his way, he encounters two young Cybertronians born from the battlefield going by the names Blurr and Clobber. Joined by the shared goal, they begin a journey across the universe to get to Cybertron.
They have to face extreme weather, friends and enemies from both sides of the conflict, and even each other's company to finally start a new chapter of their lives.
