  Summary

  This is my love letter to Luis and Leon: a chance for OG RE4 Leon and RE4R Luis, born from different versions of the same fate, to meet outside canon and live again.

  Luis survives Valdelobos.
  Leon brings him home.

  After Spain, they begin as partners under a covert U.S. government program: the former researcher and the agent who saved his life, living side by side while neither of them knows what to call the bond growing between them.

  This is a slow-burn Luis/Leon story about survival, partnership, buried government secrets, and the long road toward Luis taking Leon as his bride.
