He steps forward with his hand out and with a strange, small smile on his face, introduces himself. “I’m Anakin, Anakin Skywalker.”
Obi-Wan eyes the hand skeptically before taking it. “Obi-Wan Kenobi. But then, you knew that already.”
After an argument over Ahsoka's training, Obi-Wan and Anakin wake up to find themselves padawans again. Eighteen years old with no idea of where they are and how they got there. With no time to figure out what has happened to them, they have to follow Ahsoka and their men into battle.
Obi-Wan Kenobi has no idea who this pretty padawan is or where this strange connection between them came from.
Anakin is desperate to know what his master was like as a padawan.
Ahsoka hopes that all of them make it out of this in one piece.

The 424th were weary of their new Jedi. Their light green armor stood frozen as the fresh newly knighted Jedi walked out to the deck looking twice as nervous as they were. Commander Iron appreciates the privacy his bucket gives, he lost half his men with the last Jedi, they were good men. He’s not going to be quick to trust the new one.
Little does he know after the next campaign, he’s already reigning in his men from the Jedi and scolding his Captain about professionalism with the General, reminding him that just because he’s wearing a bucket doesn’t mean everyone can’t see he’s staring at the Jetti.
Not long after that, their light green is washed off to be replaced with the light blue and silver that dawns on their Jedi General.

Obi-Wan baissa les yeux sur sa tasse, désormais à moitié vide et froide. Le silence prit place entre eux, inconfortable et pesant. Lorsqu’il était padawan, lui et son maitre pouvaient rester des heures sans se parler, le silence était alors habituel et agréable. Oui, il était agréable de comprendre une personne sans lui parler, de discerner les moindres changements dans son attitude au milieu d’une foule d’inconnus ou d’anticiper les pensées de l’autre.
- Je me demande bien ce qui a pu nous arriver pour que nous soyons incapables d’une simple conversation, déplora Qui-Gon.
Ce fut la goutte de trop. Le sarcasme typique d’Obi-Wan ressorti, accompagné de cette lueur de défi qui brillait au fond de ses yeux orageux.
- Tu ne peux t’en prendre qu’à toi-même.
- Comment ça ?
- Tu es le seul responsable. C’est à cause de toi si on en est là.

Obi-Wan lowered his eyes to the cup in front of him, half-empty and cold. An uncomfortable, heavy silence fell between them. When he was a Padawan, he and his master could sit like that for hours, without speaking. Silence was comfortable, routine. Oh yes, it was nice to understand a person without speaking, to discern subtle changes in his attitude in the midst of a room full of strangers, or to anticipate each other’s thoughts.
“I’m wondering what could have happened to us, to be incapable of a simple conversation” regret Qui-Gon.
That was the last straw. Obi-Wan’s typical sarcasm came out, with a certain glint of defiance deep in his stormy eyes.
“You can only blame yourself.”
“What do you mean?”
“You are the only one responsible. It’s your fault if we’re here now.”

Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon meet again after ten years of silences and avoidance. Obi-Wan is mad at Qui-Gon, Qui-Gon has no idea, Anakin is happy to see his brother, Ahsoka has a new friend and Cody is desperate. Oh, and Obi-Wan has a new padawan.
