His phone pings. Eddie is coming back for Bobby's funeral, and he needs to go pick him up. He turns around and heads for his car, back to Eddie's house. Loosely inspired by the Daryl Dixon spin-off where he ends up in Spain, and set in Córdoba because that's where I'm from. There are a few geographical inaccuracies I'm hoping you'll forgive. :)
The burn is slow, but when it gets there, it gets there. Things get progressively kinkier as they go.
