Summary
Many months before the pod blooming, there was a confrontation between the leafmen and boggans. With a deadly storm blowing in, all signs pointed to them needing to retreat. But, as always, Nod wanted to have all the action for himself. The confrontation nearly took all of them out. Dagda was slain, but at the cost of losing Nod in turn. Ronin never really got over it, but like all the deaths he had endured before, Ronin knew that he had to keep moving forward.
Then, finally, at long last, the biggest day of the century comes. Something that can be a distraction for Ronin after his time of grief. As anticipated, the boggans set up their attack to prevent the pod blooming. Ronin was prepared for everything, everything except for seeing him again.
