Aomine Daiki is back to his senses. Having experienced his first taste of defeat against Seirin in the Winter Cup, he never knew it would taste sweeter than usual. It was eye-opening; He found a worthy rival in Kagami; found his passion for basketball again; and felt this discernible weight being lifted off him. However, there was still this profound sense of loss within him every time he saw Kuroko; his Tetsu. He was grateful to him for snapping him back to his senses for sure; but why did he always look so melancholic?
He needed to find out and also resolve his own feelings for his former shadow.
