Summary
Marinette has earned a scholarship to the prestigious Lycée Royal de Lune, a school for the elite. As the new girl, she's out of her element and quickly finds herself judged by her classmates for not fitting in with their high class status.
On her first day, Allegra, the friendly and influential class president, shows her around and introduces her to Claude and Allan. However, the only open seat in class happens to be next to Felix Culpa, a brooding, icy student who oozes arrogance and dismisses everyone around him.
Felix's disdain for Marinette only grows, and he takes every opportunity to make her life at school miserable. Worse is, Felix isn't the only student dead set on making her school life a living hell. Logan Wolfblood and the UIB have been defeated. Marinette's former classmates have realised their faults and helped save the world. Now old generations of Marinette's life meet new ones, as her old classmates begin to relocate to America to join CrisisForce Academy, a school for the superheroes of tomorrow. Alya, Luka, Nino and Rose join the team and train to become heroes, like Marinette once did.
But there are problems with getting the academy off the ground. For one, as good as the idea is, training a new generation of superheroes seems a little conflictive with saving the world. CrisisForce are wary of committing. Even if United Heroez pick up the slack, there's only so much one team can handle. And then there are people who would prefer CrisisForce Academy never opens its doors. Even as Rena Rouge, Viperion, Carapace and Pigella attempt to prove themselves as superheroes worthy of CrisisForce's name, a number of old enemies seek to destroy the project before it makes it out the workshop. The matter isn't helped by the Moth Miraculous and its new wielder making an unwelcome return in Marinette's life, or by Majestia's greatest adversary setting his cybernetic sights on Earth once more...

When I wrote Adventure of the Twins, I was still developing my writing style. Thus the themes and storytelling wasn't the greatest. I did work on it some a couple of years ago, when I posted it on All The Fallen.
When I started on Angel's Journey, it was about 8 to 10 years later - and my writing style had improved some. However, in writing this story I delved into very different situations and issues.
BE WARNED!!! There are very dark and grim chapters in this story. I'll give warnings at the start of those particular ones, but I have trouble reading these chapters, as I tend to tear up when I do.
So be prepared for a deeper tale, as we follow another of the Mysterious Children!
