Oxford, 1992. The Golden Trio prepares to face their second year at Hogwarts Comprehensive Secondary School: Hermione must navigate a crush on her best friend, the changes in her body, and the sports requirements demanded by Gryffindor House; Ron discovers that Hermione is not just a friend, but a rather pretty girl, and finds himself dealing with all the physical and emotional reactions this 'discovery' triggers; Harry grapples with his fame and his overbearing father.
