Jake, impulsive and rebellious, spent the summer doing chores after getting caught tagging. Yutani, quiet and studious, watches him with curiosity and disapproval. He teases, she corrects — yet a silent connection grows between them in glances and half-spoken words.
Tricky chases dancing, Fresh hides behind music, and King, burdened by family struggles, misses classes to help at the shop. Days pass — lessons, dramas, and secret murals at night. A shadow looms, unnamed.
Summer 1988 brings escape to Klaipėda, where Fresh’s aunt lives. On beaches and Baltic sunsets, Tricky meets Brody, a foreign boy. Sparks fly in music, dancing, and whispered secrets, but summer ends, and they part, knowing it was fleeting.
King leaves school to help his family, promising not to abandon his friends. Jake and Yutani, through banter and gestures, grow closer — close enough to care, but not yet to confess love on the last day.
