Summary
"Fuck you."
The two words crackled, static warping them into something almost inhuman. A low growl curled beneath the distortion as Alastor twisted against his bonds, a warbled bleat slipping past clenched teeth when his arms were wrenched higher. His head jerked back, smile faltering into something sharper—more a grimace than a grin—as his pupils shrank, locking onto the golden serpent coiled around his wrists. Divine magic pulsed through it, through him, setting his fur on edge.
"Quiet."
Lucifer’s voice was flat, unimpressed. The command cut through the charged air like a blade, as if Alastor’s struggles weren’t even worth acknowledging. He sighed—bored, detached—as he stepped closer, each measured click of his heels making Alastor’s ears twitch."Charlie asked me to help you, so that’s what I’m going to do. Not for you. For her."
He should have known he wouldn’t be able to hide his pain forever—especially not from the Princess. For all his skill in masking his true thoughts behind a grin, she had spent six months under the same roof as him. Long enough to notice the cracks.
And now, thanks to her, here he was. Trapped. Pinned beneath Lucifer’s gaze, bare before the King of Hell himself.

Summary
By complete accident, they had tainted each other.
But right now, he didn’t care. Couldn’t. His mind was a spiraling haze of need, a frantic, clawing hunger that refused to be sated. He tried, futilely, to regain control—to tease, to toy—but his body betrayed him, his voice breaking, breath stuttering with each calculated touch.
Lucifer's claws dragged over his tail again, and Alastor’s entire body jerked, a sharp whine catching in his throat. The angel chuckled, breath warm against his skin as he pressed his face into the sinner’s neck. His teeth ghosted over his throat—hard, but not hard enough.
Alastor let out a frustrated noise, something between a groan and a growl, his hand fisting in Lucifer’s hair to drag him closer, silently urging him on.
He felt the King’s wicked grin against his skin just before Lucifer finally relented.

Summary
“So,” Lucifer spoke, voice a touch lower than before, taking on a gentle rasp that made one of Alastor’s ears twitch, “let me help you with this, so we can get back to more of that. How’s that sound?”
Alastor peered at him for a moment, debating with himself—a fact that had Lucifer grinning. Alastor was typically so sure of himself, so quick with his decisions.
It was fun to watch his mind work.
“Fine,” the sinner finally relented, his response clipped, laced with faux annoyance, like a parent conceding to their petulant child’s whims. “But no magic, and if you break it, you can go to Earth yourself to find me another one,”
Something flashed in Lucifer’s eyes—mischief, gleeful and unrestrained—as his lips pulled into a grin.
“Deal,” the King responded, that single word—uttered from the literal Devil’s lips—causing the air around them to crackle. His grin slipped into an appropriate smirk as he saw the reflection of his eyes in Alastor’s own flash from gold to crimson for a moment before he leaned down, pressing another, firmer kiss to the sinner’s lips, swallowing the surprised static-laden bleat that escaped the sinner as the simple, harmless contract settled into place.

Summary
Alastor couldn’t forget.
The memory lingered—sharp, persistent—scratching at the edges of his mind like a needle caught on vinyl. Even now, it haunted him.
That night.Helpless. Exposed.
It had been over a month since Lucifer had entered his room—at his daughter’s insistence, damn her meddling heart—and dismantled him with laughable ease. Powerless in an instant. Reduced, undone.
Worse still, he’d been bound.
Sometimes, in the quiet hours of the night, Alastor could still feel it—the memory of that thin golden serpent coiled tight around his wrists. Silken. Impossibly strong. The phantom sensation alone had been enough, once or twice, to jolt him awake, flushed and desperate, hard and aching without even being touched.
It was maddening. Unacceptable.
Exquisite.

Summary
It hit him harder than expected the moment Alastor, with a familiar hum and flick of his fingers, shrugged off his coat. The garment slid from his shoulders in one fluid motion, followed by his shirt, buttons slipping free beneath deft claws, fabric peeling back to reveal tawny skin.
And the marks.
Bruises ghosted across his ribs. Scratches—Lucifer’s—raked down his hips. A darkening bite bloomed on the curve of his neck, bold and unapologetic.
Lucifer’s breath caught.
He knew Alastor didn’t mind them. Enjoyed them, even. Wore them like jewels only Lucifer was allowed to admire. That familiar flicker of pride lingered in his expression now—smug and aware—as he tilted his head, inviting Lucifer to look. To remember.
But Lucifer didn’t feel pride. Not tonight.

Summary
Their routine had changed.
Alastor couldn’t pinpoint exactly when, but he supposed it had been a gradual thing. Back-to-back nights of debauchery had simply grown less frequent.
But that wasn’t to say he didn’t spend most nights in Lucifer’s company—because he did.
It just didn’t always end with them tumbling into bed.
There was still intimacy, yes, but it didn’t always lead anywhere. Sometimes they simply sat together in companionable quiet, each engrossed in their own little projects—Lucifer at his workbench, tinkering with some new duck-shaped contraption or carving, and Alastor perched in an armchair by the fireplace, simultaneously grinning and scowling as he painstakingly rewound the eldritch wrappings that now held his broken staff together.
Other times, they talked.

Summary
“Alastor,” the angel began, voice soft, tentative, as his eyes began to narrow with suspicion, a slight grin beginning to curve across his face, “Are you asking me on a date?”
A sharp record scratch filled the air as Alastor stiffened, his eyes going wide, ears pinning back as he tensed. No—what? Absolutely not. That word implied—ugh—intent. Emotion. Courtship.
No. No. Not a date. Certainly not a date.
(In which Alastor takes Lucifer on a date.)

Summary
Lucifer Morningstar was a bad influence.
Alastor used to be punctual. He’d rise in the early morning—assuming he’d bothered to sleep at all—and begin his usual rounds through the hotel: checking the wards, strolling the gardens, fetching breakfast somewhere along the way. He was a creature of habit. Of discipline.
At least, he had been.
Until Lucifer came into the picture.
These days, his mornings started much later.
It was already nearing noon by the time he stirred, woken by the warm press of another body curling into his side. Lucifer, still deep in sleep, rolled closer and wrapped an arm around Alastor’s waist, face burrowing against his chest with a content sigh. Alastor hummed softly in response, his usual filters not yet in place. He cracked open an eye, glancing toward the sliver of daylight peeking through the mostly-drawn curtains.
He needed to get up.
