in a world where giants are known to be blood thirsty monsters, tommy gets thrown into a new foster home. with his foster family being these 'mindless beasts' he's been raised to live in fear of. it turns out what he's been told about giants is completely wrong (well, they were right about somethings...) miscommunication ensues.

Summary
Tommy curls further in on himself but he can't escape the guilt rising in his gut.
He looks like Wilbur. His face is wrong, but he has dark hair and those dumb circle glasses. Hell, he's even wearing a beanie like his foster brother does on cold days.
He reminds him too much of Wilbur when they first met.
And the death stare and the look he was giving him is not helping to disprove that fact.

He swerves along the road, crossing two lanes before he composes himself. His knuckles go white against the steering wheel as he lets out a shaky breath.
Just beyond the highway stands skyscrapers built for giants, and he can see many more giant buildings and roads beyond that. Shit, shit.
Jack can feel his heart start to race. ‘It’s alright- It’s probably just a co-city.’ He whispers to himself, flinching at the sound of giant engines on the other side of the concrete wall.
‘That has to be it for sure.’
