There's a ethical/psychological thought experiment and variations involving a runaway trolly/train, in which you can save a group of people by sacrificing a bystander. Ethically, you should always choose to save the group. Psychologically, your answer is very telling.
Sharon regrets rejoining S.H.I.E.L.D. very much, Bucky scares the shit out of the entire med staff, and we get some answers to the Train Problem.

Summary
Channel Surfing is what you do when you don't know what's on, and that's pretty much Bucky's brain right now. Is he the Asset? Is he James Buchanan Barnes? Who is calling the shots here? Hydra's conditioning? Is it all snakes in his head? Or is he really in control, like he told that pretty Agent in medical?
Natasha camps out on Steve's couch for a couple days and watches Steve while Bucky gets a handle on himself. Steve fails at self-care and the Asset doesn't approve.

Summary
Steve doesn't understand what Bucky is going through, he can't. Natasha does. She really, really does. So would Clint, if only she could get the two in the same room. Maybe along the way she can wipe a little more red from her ledger.
Natasha convenes the Brainwashed and Crazy Support Group, there's a frilly apron scandal, Bucky offers the team The Very Best in Soviet Training, You Too Can Be A Deadly Assassin.
Natasha also remembers the first time she met the Winter Soldier, her training, and how it all went horribly wrong.
Chronology is tricky on this one, I'd say the present day starts before "The Asset, The Mission", but ends well after.

Summary
After the failed training session in "A Matter of Circumstance" there's a certain tension between Tony and the Team and Bucky feels responsible. Then Bucky is injured on a mission, and Tony goes above and beyond to help him out.
Tony tries to accommodate Bucky's Trauma since he stomped on it last time. Bucky wins the Trollympics, Bruce comes in second, and Tony is a sore loser. Tony gives Bucky his life story while fixing his arm. Bucky wonders why he keeps collecting self-destructive morons.
