It was bound to happen sooner or later, Song Lan tells himself glumly as Xiao Xingchen leaves for the airport, and six days isn’t that long in the scheme of things. He can just lie low, hide in the bedroom he shares with Xiao Xingchen, and give Xue Yang a wide berth.
