I'm so flattered (but also please don't skip your classes). I reread a bit of the Devil's Minion chapter from QOTD after publishing this and realized just how much it influenced my writing style, too!! There's a lot from the books that I hope they'll adapted into the TV canon, but we will have to see what they choose to keep...
oooh yes, that makes sense, I think the writing style is beautifully influenced by the chapter in the best way. it will be exciting to find out what makes it into TV canon and how, but even if they don't give us the Devil's Minion we want and deserve, there's at least plenty of great fic.
also, just after i posted this comment class was cancelled so even fic this good couldn't keep me from my education lmao
