    Been loving the surge of these kinds of fics where Velvette and Alastor are talking and hanging out. It rlly makes me wonder if the two of them could be more along the lines of frenemies instead.

    Al has shown that he gets along better w/ women in the series. Or at the very least he doesn’t antagonize them nearly as much as he does towards other men.
    I couldn’t help but laugh whenever Velvette mentally makes fun of Al’s hair. She’s not the least bit bothered by his outfit but that hair? No thanks! 🤭
    But it was oretty sweet that Vel went out of her way to clean up his face and fix his hair after all he’s been through.

    While Al’s not above manipulating the ppl around him to get what he wants, I wonder what would happen if these two teamed up together? Ooh, the chaos that would bring…😈

      I find the dynamic super interesting between Al and Vel because while they wouldn't be besties, I think he finds her entertaining enough to gossip with and chill

      Im always there for letting characters be a little evil, as a treat, but I hink they can be a little nice sometimes as well and especially after the finale, I believe Vel has quite the potential to have sympathy for others. Certainly do love her development.

      And honestly Al just deserves someone be nice to him for once. We have literally not seen anyone care even a BIT about him. He deserves to crash out istg my poor deer man
