Wykull looked at the unfamiliar substance in his splash potion bottle. The brewing stand smelt now of sweetness and warmth, a pink swirling liquid steaming from it.
He only put a few random things in the brewing stand. A few roses, a seed or two. It shouldn't have been such an issue.
Wykull shook the bottle curiously, admiring the pretty, captivating shimmer. "...It would look better in yellow," He mumbled to himself.
Suddenly, Roswo swung the door open, the unexpected bang frightening Wykull. He immediately yelped and threw the potion toward the doorway on instinct, unaware it was Roswo there.
The glass breaking and splashing sound invaded Wykull's ears, Roswo now soaked in the liquid. Immediately, a pink fog clouded the room, the yellow man now watching in horror of what he just did.
It cleared as quick as it came, and Roswo's soft coughing could be heard through it. Then, unnerving silence.
"...Roswo? Are you okay?" Wykull concerningly stepped forward. In an unforeseen manner, Roswo's arms wrapped around his neck.
"Wykull..!" The man smiled brightly, voice a soft whisper as he began peppering kisses across the other's face.
Wykull paused in shock, before pushing him off and screaming horrified. "Roswo! What the-"
He was cut off in a flash by Roswo's hand slamming against his mouth, smiling up at him and laughing. "Wykull... I'm so happy you're here... here to stay with me."
Wykull pried him off, more gently this time. "Roswo- I don't- This isn't right." He frantically rambled, dragging Roswo out with him to Blake's home. Roswo eagerly clung to Wykull's arm, eager to follow wherever he was going.
"We're gonna get you fixed," Wykull muttered out, trying to keep his distance from Roswo even as the man forced their proximity. "Blake will help you, okay?"
Roswo shook his head, pouting. "No. I want to stay with you, Wykull." He muttered in the other's ear. "Us only. Just us."
Wykull shivered uncomfortably, feeling Roswo's darkening possessiveness drape over him. He forced himself to continue walking, having to occasionally poke Roswo to remind him to stay awake.
Finally, the two approached Blake and Roswo's home.
"Recognize it?" Wykull questioned. Roswo didn't provide a verbal answer, just a blissful nod of recognition. He knocked on the wooden door.
Blake opened it with curiosity, eyes widening at the scene in-front of him. Wykull sighed, Roswo still stuck to him like a koala. The position was quite compromising, horrifically embarrassing
"Look— this wasn't supposed to happen..." The disgustingly yellow man mumbled.
Blake frowned in concern, turning Roswo's chin toward him. "Roswo..?"
He received an angry glare in response, completely different from Roswo's usual obsessive gaze. He swatted Blake's hand away when it got too close to Wykull.
Blake's eyes immediately widened, looking accusingly at Wykull. "What did you do to him?!" He interrogated.
Wykull frantically gestured, hands up and backing away. "I don't know! I- I accidentally splashed some love potion on him!"
Blake scoffed in disbelief, pointing to a bamboo staircase. "Timeout. As soon as we fix Roswo."
Wykull groaned at that, but held Roswo out to him.
Blake gently tugged Roswo off the other and scooped him into his own arms, ignoring his protests. "Roswo. Let's get you some milk, okay?"
Roswo frustratingly shoved away, running back to Wykull's arms. Wykull sighed again, carrying Roswo to the kitchen of the house himself. He grabbed a milk bucket, tilting it to Roswo. "Drink up."
Roswo, openly eager to please, obeyed. He finished the bucket, gulping it down and starting to sway as he stood up. Blake quickly headed over, catching Roswo just in time before he would've hit the ground.
Wykull peered over, still concerned. "Is, uh.. he good?"
Blake tapped Roswo's cheek, tilting his chin up. Roswo blinked back to consciousness, a warm smile forming on his pale face. "Blake!" He said, eyes enamored like normal.
Blake sighed in surprised relief, looking at Wykull. "Don't let this happen again." He glared at Wykull again, before softening at seeing Roswo hug him closer.
Wykull sheepishly gave him a thumbs up, walking away as fast as he could.
