The three of them land onto the ground roughly. Harrie groans holding her head, with how far she hit her head on the ground. “Mione! Ron!” Harrie cries, looking around for them.
“Thanks a lot Hermione!” Ron groans on the ground.
Harrie turns her head and saw Ron as well on the ground was holding his head, with his hands with a groan.
Hermione was slowly standing up, and wipes her pants, while sighing. “Shut up Ron” Hermione says to him.
Hermione then squeezes the time-turner and walks over to Harrie putting her hand out for her to grab. “You okay, Harrie?” Hermione asks her.
Harrie groans in despair, but nods. She was okay, just was a hard fall to the ground. She’s had worst.
Harrie grabs on Hermione hand, while she sighs. “Yeah I’m good…where are we now?” Harrie asks.
Ron gets up, and snorts looking around. “I’m not sure, but weren’t we suppose to land in the Room Of Requirement, I mean near it?” Ron asks rubbing his hands slowly to his face.
That was definitely true. Time-turners were very dangerous devices, and she was surprise with the fact Hermione kept the time-turner from their third year. Now three years later, they needed to use it just to go back thirty minutes that was it. But why did they land outside of Hogwarts? Was the thing. Ron was right they were suppose to land close to the room of requirement, all they were doing was going thirty minutes back that was literally it.
Harrie was already frustrated with her sixth year going on, and it’s been hell for her. Voldemort was back from the dead, since her fourth year. Well the bastard never died, but he got his body back. Now she just found out by Slughorn about his horcruxes, she doesn’t know every single one of them. So far she knows one of them has to be the diary, she got rid of in her second year. Then the last one she needs get rid of is his damn ring, he got from his uncle, after killing his father. Then she was just about to get the locekt, with Dumbledore, in a little bit, but right now she needs to do this errand for thirty minutes back in the time-line.
She was investigating Draco Malfoy, and he was acting weird this year. She was having suspicions the damn blonde prat, was a death-eater. She just knew he had to be. She tried to find out on the train, but no he had to figure out she was snooping with his group of Slytherin friends on the train.
“Yeah…this doesn’t make any sense” Hermione says softly.
Harrie looks, as they were by the lake, and she looks at the sky. It looks a bit darker? It was morning and sunny the last time she swore she was out. Did they not go thirty minutes back. “Huh I swore it was sunny thirty minutes ago” Ron says.
Hermione was about to open her mouth, until then someone they never seen comes out with their wand light on. “What are the three of you doing on Hogwarts grounds?” The student demands at them.
Harrie freezes, and glances at the Hogwarts outfit on the student. She looks more, and notices he most likely was a 7th year head student, but the outfit on him was the same as Ron’s, but a bit older. Like the outfit look old fashioned.
Hermione was the first to speak, like usual before Harrie could speak her mouth. “What year is it?” Hermione asks the student.
The student clears his throat at her. “It’s 1943, are the three of you okay?” The student asks with finally concern in his voice.
The second Harrie heard that escape him, she looks at both her friends with concern faces. There’s no way time-turners could go back that far. Fifty two years back in the past. There was no way they were that far in this past. Impossible, there was no way a time-turner could take the three of them that far into the past.
“Hermione!” Ron demands at her, but Hermione shushes him, and then she clears her throat.
“Could I speak to headmaster Dumbledore?” Hermione quickly asks him.
Harrie nudges Hermione, and whispers. “He’s not headmaster I think during this time…” Harrie whispers to her fast.
Hermione groans and face-palms herself. “This is serious…maybe he could send us back” Hermione whispers back.
Harrie was pleading in her head, to get send back to 1996. She didn’t know anyone in this time-line at all. That was so far back….Harrie was panicking in her head, and she could see the both of her best friends were freaking out as well.
She didn’t even bring anything, besides her wand, and that was literally it. She was freaking out. Bloody hell.
“Uh…Dumbledore is a professor, Dippet would be in charge he’s headmaster, if you’d like I could take the three of you to him” The student says to them.
“Yes please, we want to speak to Dumbledore more instead” Harrie begs him.
The student looks hesitant, and probably was staring at how new their outfits looked. There’s no way they had this style in the 1940’s, but the student nods at them and smiles. “Well, alright I’ll take you to Professor Dumbledore” The student says to the three of them.
Harrie sighs in relief now, and maybe he could send them back to 1996. They did not belong in this time-line.
While they were following the student into the Hogwarts castle, Ron cries loudly. “There’s no way we are in 1943!” Ron pleads, almost breaking down.
“Shut up no one can know about this!” Hermione shushes Ron, putting her finger to her lips.
Ron whimpers, while Harrie was freaking out deep mentally as well. Shit her parents weren’t even born yet, or Sirius, or Remus. She didn’t know a single person at all in this time-line, besides now Dumbledore. But Dumbledore doesn’t know them at all! They weren’t born till 1979 and 1980! She prays he can send them back to 1996, she needs to destroy Voldemort in that time-line. Everyone was depending on her for all this.
She has to stop him, and get rid of him for her parent’s death, that she never could be raised by, but had to be raised by her abusive aunt and uncle.
“This is crazy…” Harrie finally mumbles.
“Exactly! I just want to go back to eating my snacks! Godric do they even have them in this time-line!” Ron whines.
Hermione nudges Ron harder, but Harrie groans. “I thought this was impossible, it shouldn’t have sent us this far back…” Hermione says.
Ron face turns red, while they were finally in Hogwarts. Harrie looks around, and Hogwarts looks the exact same, besides older and more old-fashioned. Which is expected for the 40’s.
“This is all Harrie fault! You been spending these past 4 months! Spying on Draco!” Ron points at Harrie.
Harrie jaw tightens, and narrows her eyes at Ron. As much as she loves Ron like her brother, and he was her first best friend. He did get on her nerves at times.
Harrie hisses at him. “You think I knew it was going to take us back this far?! And I know for a fact he’s a Death-Eater” Harrie growls to him quietly.
Students were staring at them, while he lead them to the stairs, and Ron crosses his arms. “Once you get onto something you don’t let it go!” Ron snaps at her.
Harrie huffs under her breath. “Okay, but am I ever wrong?” Harrie sasses back to him, and crosses her arms back at him.
Ron has a vein popping out his head, and then Harrie let out a loud laugh. “No I’m not you bloody idiot” Harrie hisses at him.
“Your idiot Harrie!” Ron snaps at her.
“No you!” Harrie snaps. “I’ve defended you so many times, with the stupid shit you do Ron!” Harrie angrily says to him back.
Hermione then shoves herself in the middle, and pushes them away before they got into each other’s faces. “Shut up, shut up! I don’t know how many times I’ve already had to say it, just shut up both of y’all we are stuck here, until we find a way to get back, and we are going to talk to Dumbledore, and that’s it!” Hermione says angrily to them.
She was right, and Ron pouts, while Harrie and the three of them walk in silence, until the student leads them to a classroom.
The student knocks on the door, and then the door opens by itself. “Professor…I found the three of them outside Hogwarts” The student says to the professor.
Harrie walks in and finally sees Dumbledore, he look exactly the same expect fifty years younger, and he still has some orange in his hair. “Professor Dumbledore we need to talk to you, it’s very very important!” Hermione begs him.
The student leaves them in the classroom, while
Dumbledore stands up and a chuckle leaves his mouth, while the door shuts. “Pardon me, I’m so sorry have we ever met?” Dumbledore asks them.
“Yes sir, we…know each other, but in a different time-line” Harrie says softly to the teacher.
Professor Dumbledore nods, pushing his chair in, and clears his throat. “Time traveling?” Dumbledore asks them.
Hermione steps out their circle first, and then pushes a time-turner onto his table and nods. “Yes sir….we came from 1996, and terrible things are already happening in that time-line and we need to go back to save it sir…” Hermione pleads to him.
“Very, and if we don’t go back, we won’t be able to save the Wizarding World” Harrie begs him.
Dumbledore picks up the time-turner gently, and looks at it back and forth and then sighs. “I don’t think I’ve ever seen this kind….thats far away, I didn’t know time-turners could go back that far” Dumbledore says glancing at the time-turner into his hand.
Ron whimpers quietly, while Harrie was breathing heavily. “I didn’t either sir….in third year I used this time-turner and you told me to get rid of it afterward…but I ended up keeping it instead” Hermione says softly to him.
“So I know the three of you in 1996?” Dumbledore grins to them, while squeezing the time-turner in his hand.
Harrie does a small smile. “Yes we are students in Hogwarts during that time, you are brilliant sir” Harrie says to him.
“And you come headmaster!” Ron cries.
Dumbledore chuckles. “Do I? Well, these are very indeed bad, and shouldn’t be used, messing with time is bad” Dumbledore explains to them.
“I know sir…we just really need a way to get back to our time, horrible things are going to happen if we don’t return a war is already starting and….” Hermione says quietly to him, but cuts herself off in case.
Dumbledore sighs, and then nods at them. “I don’t want to know what’s going to happen, because that’s in the future, so best believe I believe the three of you, whatever is going on in the future” Dumbledore says to the three of them.
Harrie nods, and her hands were shaking a bit, with how stress she was getting. “However, I never seen this time-turner before must be a rare one, so I’m not quite sure I can send the three of you back right away” Dumbledore says.
Harrie heart sinks, and she and her friends look at each other. “However though, I have a friend name Nicholas Flamel, that knows all about these time-turners, but I don’t know how long it’ll take to get these things fixed, so I can’t give you a exact time-line right now when you will get send back” Dumbledore says quietly to the three of them.
Harrie chokes slowly on her words at Dumbledore. “S-So what do we do?” Harrie asks him.
Dumbledore gives a small smile. “What’s all three of your names?” Dumbledore asks.
“My name is Hermione Granger a muggleborn and, and there is Ron Weasley full blood…and there is Harrie Potter half-blood…” Hermione says to Dumbledore.
“What year are you oringally in your time-line?” Dumbledore asks them.
“Sixth year sir” Ron says quietly.
Dumbledore nods at them, and then does a small smile to the three of them. “We will go to Dippet he’s headmaster I’ll explain the whole situation to him, and we will get the three of you suited in sixth year, and possibly will change the three of your last names, and then get you sorted in” Dumbledore says.
Harrie sighs, the three of them didn’t have a choice at all, but to stick in, until the time-turner could take them back to 1996. She was just going to have to play stupid in this time-line.
“Great, and we will make up something about each one of you, so no one can get into conclusions or anything” Dumbledore says.
“For now until I can send the three of you back, just fit in, and we will see what happens next” Dumbledore says.
It would be for the best anyway. Harrie just hates leaving 1996, everyone was in pure hell during that time. Especially mainly her.
“Okay” The three of them say.
