It was a bright day on Akademi. Almost too normal, even if there were still 9 girls dead and some extra that probably had information. Yes megami knew what ayano may or may have not been doing to those girls. She also knew because unlike how sometimes fast and almost flawless ayano has been killing the rivals it's been almost a week and ayano hasn't even looked at her
(She MUST have a trick up her sleeve) she would think but she never really thought of what it is because there's barely any clues. After a whole week happening she was more confused than worried. All these past girls have been killed in less than a week so why is she still here? She took a thought of it and didn't think of anything. She just went to school as normal.
She went to the restroom during break and saw ayano standing there in a weird posture. The only person megami suspected of killing the past people was there standing in the middle of the restroom. Ayano was staring at her with her expressionless eyes that megami hated(?) They stared at each other for 10 seconds before megami broke the silence
"What do you want Aishi?"
Ayan doesn't even look at her before almost running to leave the bathroom leaving megami confused and completely angry. (JUST WHAT THE HELL IS SHE TRYING TO DO) she would think all the time, Megami calms herself before saying or doing anything crazy. (It's fine. I can figure this out by my own. I'm the heir of my father's company right? I'll get control of this.)
When she realizedshe didn't have anything yet she would just say(Whatever she'll come by eventually and do what she did to the past dead people.) To assure herself
Days passed and nothing. Megami was so impatient she hired a private investigator to see what ayano is doing and to get any clues. She went so far to even secretly putting cameras in ayanos room. The only thing she got is texts from ayano and info chan of some new crush ayano had.
She didn't think about that until she caught a peek of ayano's face after walking right pass her which was... strange?
She kept digging and even secretly followed ayano home every day. Which she noticed ayano wasn't stalking senpai anymore. She was walking alone now for whatever reason. When megami got home she tried to connect what she had and tried to link it with anything ayano might do.
Then she looked at the cameras of ayanos room and saw the senpai shrine (or something) with all of senpai's stuff in there but then noticed the photo ayano had displayed for senpai was barely holding on was revealing someone else with white hair.
Megami took that as a sign and looked at all the people with white/blueish hair on Akademi and found herself with a few people from the science club and another member from the student council. Which was barely useful and watched in close attention when ayano passed through any of those students and nothing. At all.
Then she asked one of the students to try and look at ayanos face when she walked by her. The student said she had a creepy expression like when people get too obsessed in movies. When ayano saw they were looking at her she remained her expressionless face
Megami (whether she liked it or not) landed in one answer. Megami was the crush ayano had mentioned in the texts with info chan
Now that she thinks about it. She never had proper love as a child and had no such
Thing as a boyfriend or girlfriend. So obviously she thought maybe that wasn't so bad and maybe she could get into it in secret.
