So... Exactly 6 days ago the first episode of season 2 of Fears to Fathom was released
Fears to Fathom: Scratch Creek
I don't want to talk about the gameplay itself, also because I haven't been to see it yet (oops), but browsing the wiki I found some very interesting things, for example that the cult was still there and would reappear in this episode, and, oh my god, Connor makes an appearance!

Connor Hawkins is a character who made a debut in Fears to Fathom - Ironbark Lookout with supporting role before returning as one of major antagonists in Fears to Fathom - Scratch Creek.
He is an experienced Fire lookout working at the Ironbark State Park and is Jack Nelson's co-worker. He’s later revealed to be a devout member of the Old Scratch Temple.
Yay... Connor makes an appearance
Am I the only one disappointed? But like, VERY VERY disappointed. Of course, it was to be expected, in Ironbark Lookout was too nonchalant not to be a little suspicious. But still I am deeply saddened by this discovery
And above all, this one makes a lot of sense: the cult is resurfacing, and why? Because no one believed Jack Nelson. Connor made sure of it by making him believe he was going crazy. I wouldn't be surprised if he was among them during the scene where Jack takes a picture of them, and, even worse, if he was the one who tried to abduct Jack in his tower. But now I'm climbing up the mirrors
It's much more likely that Connor stole Jack's camera while he was running away and destroyed the evidence, otherwise I can't understand how the hell they did it and not get caught
Now let's move on to something else that really hurt me. Really, like a punch in the stomach

Connor is revealed to be a member of Old Scratch Temple after players find a book he had sent to Miss Julia which he had signed revealing his devotion and that he had sent previous fire watch lookout Marley to the bed and breakfast in the hopes of silencing her
Like, come on man! I was more than sure that Connor and Marley respected and liked each other. And now I find out that Connor had her killed? I expected better from a guy with a hot voice and who always follows the rules

Anywayyyy that's basically all I have to say. I did this more for myself than for the public, but I hope to find someone else as disappointed as I was. I hope everyone doesn't feel as bad as I did, and keep up the good work!
