Fizzing Feline

Summary:

Work Text:

“Right this way, everyone!” Kora Coleman ushered forth as she led down the hall. “We mustn’t dilly-dally any further.”

For the voluptuous and well-dressed German shepherd, the latest tour of her brilliant candy factory had thus far gone without a hitch. Since ten o’clock sharp this morning, she guided the newest winners of her annual sweepstakes contest through her massive and whimsical world of creation, a select few consumers finding their prizes inside her world-renowned products. As usual, the group proved to be an unusual bunch. It made Kora question why her tours always brought together the people least likely to be in a cluster as this. Nevertheless, she greeted them all enthusiastically outside the factory gates and brought them inside to start the tour. A proud smile shone upon her face, her high-heels clacking with every step down this impossibly large corridor - one that allowed her staff to transport large bulk orders in and out of their forthcoming destination. Those silly Kobolds were nowhere to be seen in the hall. Good, Kora thought. It meant less trouble on their own terms. She briefly pondered how many days it had been since an accident occurred, on the tour or otherwise. Closely behind the canine confectioner, three of her guests moved along, all variably curious as to what their next stop entailed. Furthest away from the guide, trudging well behind the other guests, Jake Whisker slowly followed, hands stuffed in his red hoodie pockets, his head hung low.

Before long, the tour made their way up to a bronze wall whose curved shape went against the straight walls of the hallway. Embedded in the bronze was an entrance: A ginormous sliding door with visible gears and mechanisms looming over them all. In place of a doorknob was a three-spoke handle as found on a safe. Kora turned with her back to the door, her ample chest and ball-sized bulge swaying with every gesture. Both were contained beneath a bright blue button-up and black thong respectively, a black corset hugging her midriff between them.

“Quite a walk that was, but we’ve made it!” The guide cheerfully exhaled, looking at the three guests in close proximity. “Is everyone accounted for? It seems we’re missing one.”

“You sure about that?” Scoffed the tall, hunky eagle in his varsity jacket and jeans. “He’s been a sourpuss all tour. It wouldn’t surprise me if he already left. That just means more for me.”

“How ungrateful!” Boasted a busty kangaroo with shiny earrings, wearing a luxurious silky coat that cost more than even she knew. “You act like you’re the only one here, and you’re celebrating way too soon. It’ll be me who walks out of here with that grand prize at the end.”

“Unlike either of you two,” chirped a lizard with a baggy flannel jacket and sweatpants, the shortest of the trio, “Jake especially couldn’t care less. Neither of you have been paying much attention to your surroundings. At least I know when to appreciate the craftsmanship of a workplace like this.”

“My, such harsh words for our slowest visitor.” Kora clicked her tongue, gazing disapprovingly at the other guests. Her eyes went past them as she thought of their disgusting disrespect to their once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. “See? He’s not that far behind.”

She and the others looked at Jake, who currently grumbled to himself. “Stupid tour… I should’ve sold my ticket. Could’ve made some decent money off it…”

The grey, teal-haired, wide-hipped, and butt-heavy feline was once so full of hope about enjoying the tour. But it did not take long for him to feel a greater and greater sense of disinterest unlike what he had expected from the place, withering into a mind-numbingly boring experience that he could not wait to end.

“Come along now, Mr. Whisker!” The confectioner raised her black top-hat as though getting Jake’s attention. “I imagine you wouldn’t want to miss out on what I have to show next.”

“Yeah, yeah.” He begrudgingly picked up the pace, standing next to the kangaroo about his height. “I’m here.”

“How swell!” Kora exclaimed, beginning to turn back towards the door. “Now then… allow me to open up a sight that’ll definitely amaze.”

Resting her cane against the bronze wall, she grabbed the safe handle and turned it a few times in different directions, appearing as though she navigated it to specific numbers invisible to the naked eye. The door cracked loudly, making everyone except Jake jump back. They all watched as the door whirred to life, gears and motors spinning and clicking like an intricate puzzle solving itself. Before long, the door slid open, an indent opening behind the handle that allowed it to sink in as the slab disappeared. Kora retrieved her cane and directed everyone inside, following her into a brand-new room. Guests and guide alike entered a large bronze dome about the size of a library. Throughout the floor were a series of workstations that the Kobolds operated, messing with beakers and bunsen burners and all these strange, colourful liquids in massive jars. On the lengthy front-wall, a series of what resembled organ pipes at first glance completely overran it, akin to overgrown vines in a garden. But on closer inspection, they were actually part of a fully-fledged pneumatic tube system, this wall-spanning clump of transparent purple an enchanting sight to behold. These pipes travelled along the ceiling and separated to various parts of the room, primarily near the workstations. Plenty of them descended below the floor. It all looked like something out of an old science-fiction novel.

“This is one of my favourite rooms,” Kora told her guests as she led them to its center, “where all my fizzy beverages are crafted and perfected! The Kobolds here work around the clock to create only the sweetest, sugariest, most bubbliest-in-your-belly drinks that you can possibly imagine!”

Jake and the other tour members glanced over at the staff, a number of them spaced throughout the room. The Kobolds, ingenious little tricksters who doubled as hard workers for Kora, acted like little chemists with the way they combined new mixtures and sampled them carefully, stirring them in beakers and writing down their observations across countless sheets of paper, stacks of which sat atop the workstations. Despite their sophisticated work, these critters appeared anything but. Like in the rest of the factory, pink latex outfits hugged firm against their every curve accentuated by their stout statures. Their bold black goggles sat firmly around their heads, not only serving as eye protection for their chemically driven work, but doing so in style, thanks to the hypnotic swirls that coated the lenses and made their eyes unseeable to the guests and their boss. They waddled around in a matter oddly adorable. It certainly made for a strange contrast with their work and the look of the room, the guests never expecting to see scientists dressed so bizarrely.

Curious, the lizard voiced interest about the room, hardly able to break his gaze from the Kobolds. “By fizzy beverages, you wouldn’t happen to mean-?”

“Soda pop? Why, of course I do!” Kora cheerfully finished his inquiry. “Next to candy, it’s one of my favourite treats in the whole wide world.”

“I don’t see a whole lot of sodas here.” The kangaroo crossed her arms. “Where are they?”

Taking the tour by surprise, Kora suddenly raised her cane that had been clutched in both black-gloved hands that went up to the elbows. She slammed it down on the floor twice in quick succession, the bronze ringing out, drawing the tour’s attention towards it.

“Beneath our feet is a maze of fridges storing my entire supply of fizzy beverages,” the confectioner explained, “both the ones in stores and the in-progress prototypes. I would love to take you down there… believe me. But it is truly a maze that even I sometimes get lost in. The Kobolds, however, know it like the back of their hand. Instead, might I offer an equally fun showcase?”

Nobody nodded, but their faces expressed approval… except for Jake’s, who had been pouting at this room that looked like it was for old farts.

“Judging by that silence, I take it the interest is unanimous!” Kora declared. “Follow me over here.”

She brought her guests towards the front-wall, standing at the middle of the many tubes lined against it. They veered well above everyone, each featuring a closed cubby appearing level to Kora’s ample chest, complete with a corresponding lever whose dark purple finish stood out from the transparent tubes.

“It might be hard to believe, but among this soda reserve are more flavours than there are countries in the world! Why don’t I show you some?”

Kora grabbed a lever and pulled it. Instantly, a loud hissing akin to a whistle sounded from inside the pipe, drawing everyone towards where it travelled across the room. An obscured object soared through the pipe’s other end, venturing up from beneath the floor. It flew along its path across the ceiling, everyone’s heads following it - even Jake’s in a reluctant manner. They turned back to the cubby in the pipe where the object landed inside, the lever reverting up as the receiving station opened. A small torrent of wind whooshed out the hole, dissipating like fog to reveal the object itself. Nearly as wide as the tube itself, a glass soda bottle filled with a dark, bubbly liquid - topped by a twist-off bottlecap contrasting from its old-fashioned design - appeared for all to see. The eagle, kangaroo, and lizard were impressed to different degrees. Jake, however, scoffed under his breath, letting it out at just the right volume so that Kora could hear it. Shaking off that horrid sound, Kora reached out and grabbed the bottle, holding it for the guests to see.

“Ta-da!” She exclaimed, the glass on the bottle featuring an etching of her company logo. “Here I have a bottle of our classic cola. It’s exactly as you’d see it in-store. Many of these tubes run between here and the fridges below, sending up a different flavour to whichever one I activate. While they are usually for the Kobolds to retrieve drinks from, they also serve just as well for demonstrative purposes.”

“Not bad.” The eagle remarked. “I’m surprised that bottle didn’t explode from how fast it travelled.”

“You’d be surprised at how long it took us to test these mechanisms.” Kora proceeded to briefly explain.

Jake blocked out the noise, getting increasingly fed-up with the tour. “He’s sucking up to her. They’re all sucking up to her. They don’t care. They just want that big prize at the end and that’s that.

“Awesome!” The lizard exclaimed at the confectioner’s breakdown of the system. “I could learn a lot from this.”

“Indeed you can.” Kora nodded. “But how’s about I show off more?”

Over the next few minutes, Kora went through and pulled the levers on many of the tubes, summoning a different drink from each. The spectacle always captivated the rest of the tour, listening to what the confectioner had to say about every flavour and its exquisite taste before placing them back and sending them down to the fridges. Grape, cherry, dragonfruit, cream soda, tropical, green apple, and more. The flavours were all marvellous! Jake thought he would fall asleep at any second. The boredom he felt from this drink-based lecture felt torturous to him. From his sleepiness, a sudden anger stirred in his chest, no longer willing to endure the tour anymore. The cat could not take it, and from that, he set his bitter sights on the guide. Near the end of the front-wall, as Kora unveiled the latest drink - one resembling the classic soda - Jake verbally pounced on her before she could even pick it up.

“Do you realize how much of a bore you are?” He asked with a sneer in his voice. It was the first time he had properly spoken up all day.

“Pardon me?” Kora turned to face him, along with the other guests.

“I think you heard me loud and clear.” The feline smugly crossed his arms. “Since the moment I stepped foot inside your factory, I’ve been bored out of my mind. I keep waiting for something exciting to happen, but nothing does. Not that science room or the one with all those giant candy canes. Not even the gondola over the marshmallow mountain! It’s a bore. You’re boring!”

Kora maintained her joyful composure. “If you have a problem, Mr. Whisker, I implore you to withhold it until after the tour. There’s still so much to show you that will be exciting. Surely there’ll be something to change your mind.”

“Exciting, huh?” The fussy feline sarcastically uttered. “How’s this for exciting?”

Jake lunged forth and swiped the bottle of soda from the cubby, a defiant look brimming on his face. He quickly twisted the cap off and threw it to the ground, raising the drink towards his lips.

“I would refrain from drinking that if I were you.” Kora told him with nonchalance. “I haven’t even explained what it-”

“I don’t care.” Jake interrupted her, a cheshire-esque grin visible. “I’ve been quiet long enough. You haven’t done a single thing that’s been remotely worth my time, so why don’t I make things more interesting for a change?”

     GLUG GLUG GLUG GLUG GLUG!!

Jake chugged the soda, being loud with it on purpose. Its contents funnelled into his mouth and down his throat in a matter of seconds, remaining smug and proud of himself the entire time. The rest of the tour watched with bated breath. The confectioner, however, seemed unperturbed. She simply eyed the grey and teal cat that drank her soda on his own terms, himself feeling like a bonafide rebel. As the bottle was fully emptied, Jake stepped backwards by several paces near a few empty workstations - not wanting it to be confiscated at the last second - a bit of distance between him and the others as he stood close to the room’s center. The feline finished the soda, clutching the emptied bottle in his lowered hand. He sighed happily and stared out at the rest of the group, waiting for someone to say something… anything… but after half a minute, the ends of his grin began to fizzle out, spreading to the center of his mouth as a sudden, terrible queasiness echoed inside his stomach. It seemed that it had something to say instead.

     GUOOOOOOOORRRRGLL- GLOORGLORGLOOOOOORG!!

Jake’s stomach burbled and bubbled with great discomfort. He took on a horridly nauseous frown, watching as the German shepherd developed a devious smile of her own. The trio of other guests whispered amongst themselves.

“Shouldn’t have drank it all so fast.” The kangaroo uttered.

“This’ll be fun to watch.” The eagle huffed excitedly.

     CLANK!

The empty bottle fell from the cat’s grasp without shattering, landing on the floor and rolling away. With the freed hand, Jake wrapped both arms around his turbulent middle to try and relieve its aches, bending over as he groaned aloud.

     “Ouuugh… what… is this?” He slowly articulated. “I feel… so sick to my… stomach…”

“As you should.” Kora spoke in a chastising manner, glancing over at her other visitors. “Everyone… you may wish to take a step back.”

     FWWSCCCCCHHHHHHHT…

A loud hissing began to sound from inside Jake, unnerving him more than his spectators. He stared down at his torso, praying for these nauseous sensations to end, when suddenly, he felt his fingers being pushed against the surface of his torso without moving them. For a few seconds, he desperately tried to grasp why this was happening. But his answer was promptly provided to him upon witnessing his stomach getting bigger, a steady yet far-from-slow bloating affecting it. Its lean surface already rounded out, beginning to hug against his hoodie from beneath; a hint of grey fur with a jagged teal birthmark peeked out from underneath the fabric. Jake whimpered. He pressed his hands against his new tummy to try and push it back in. But all that did was fill him with nausea, his body strangely sounding akin to rubber.

“H- help me!” He called out desperately to the group. “I’m already so full…”

“What’s going on with him?!” The lizard turned to Kora, freaked out but intrigued by Jake’s ordeal.

“Watch and observe.” The confectioner simply replied, not wanting to break her gaze from the ill-behaved cat.

Jake’s stomach expanded at a rate similar to an air tank filling up a parade float. It was a careful surging of a dense yet hollow substance, the feline’s face scrunching from the pressure. In seconds, his hoodie lifted from the front to expose his bare tummy, joined by his sides that uncannily protruded to give his middle a spherical-like edge. Jake scrambled with his hands, reaching out to grab the ends of his hoodie to pull it down over his balloon for a belly. But his every tug borne from wanting to downplay his circumstances yielded no results whatsoever. In fact, it only appeared to accentuate the sheer curvature and growing turgidness of his stomach. More rubbery squeaks rang in the ears of everyone in the room, including the Kobolds who by now had taken notice of Jake’s reaction. From workstation to workstation, they dropped what they were doing, beginning to calmy yet hastily gather their work both written and sitting in jars and beakers, storing them in drawers and cabinets below the tables and at the ends of the room respectively for vital safekeeping. A blush glowed on Jake’s cheeks. His determined efforts of concealment were forcibly stopped when his hands could no longer reach the ends of his hoodie - from the front nor his sides. His belly had inflated into a bodily exercise ball that could hardly be grasped by himself, puffing outward with a constant trickling.

“Hahaha, he’s blowing up!” The eagle watched amazed. “That fatass deserves it.”

For a moment, it looked like Jake would swell purely from the middle until it could not withstand even a puff beyond its limits. He staggered clumsily forward and back, the tour guests keeping their distance from him in accordance. Kora, however, moved not a step. Jake presently rubbed his sizeable gut in a bid to soothe it, feeling as though he floated inside his own body. Out of nowhere, the swelling spread elsewhere, catching the feline by deep surprise in the seat of his pants.

     BWUOOOOOOORRRBBBBLE!!

     CRRRRRRRRRK…!

Jake groaned as his belly strongly gurgled, staggering backwards from the shifting cores of pressure in his body. He turned his head back and angled it low, silenced by the frightening progression of his condition. His buttcheeks, already so modest in plumpness and luscious curves, expanded like his gut. They scrunched without pause into the back of his jeans. The dark blue denim, never seen as a durable material, defied logic for it stretched with Jake’s spherical booty, pockets warping wider by the second. Both the fabric and Jake’s behind creaked together, the larger latter with that rubbery noise.

“M- my ass?” Jake whimpered, his voice going unheard beneath the hissing from his belly, the sound rising higher in gradual pitch. “Hmmmph! So… tight…!”

With his arms raised to help support his wavering balance, he watched as the back of his jeans pulled down on their own, exposing the top of his ass. The airy filling deformed them as they bubbled out past the material, his asscrack deepening from both cheeks smooshing against each other. Unlike his middle, Jake was helpless to try and even pull up his pants, not unless he wanted to take a tumble amid his brewing stomach-ache and diminishing balance. Below the cheeks, the fearful cat felt his thighs and legs widen, the legs of his jeans distending with their growing size. Before he could lose himself to the expansive sight behind him, Jake realized his arms suffered in the same way. They widened from his shoulders down to the wrists like long balloons ready to be folded at a carnival. His hoodie sleeves stretched tight, squishing against the hollow upper limbs. With their light load came a sudden lethargy. Jake struggled to keep his arms stuck outward and bent, forcing him to lower them as he looked away from his bubbly butt. Once facing back at his spectators, he took in what had become of him, his eyes doing all the talking for he was too scared to even whimper.

Jake was nothing like the normal albeit bottom-heavy feline from moments ago. In his place, a cross between a cat and balloon stood, pushing out in every direction to where the shape of a person could hardly be recognized. His belly obscured much of his lower-body from the front, the hoodie hugging firmly against its upper-half and above. It put enormous strain on his suffering jeans button keeping the zipper from undoing itself. His legs slid apart from one another, courtesy of his crotch swelling and rounding out aplenty, the limbs themselves becoming shorter than before. As for his arms, they sat angled against the steepening slope of his puffing torso, his chest and belly proceeding to assimilate into the same curved surface. By all accounts, Jake increasingly developed the unmistakable look of a ball with a prominent head and smaller limbs. But even that would not last much longer at this rate.

“M- make it stop!!” Jake pleaded as he aimlessly shuffled his paws, only causing his enlarging form to sway like it would in a breeze. “I can barely move like this!”

Nobody watching him said anything in return. They simply stared, their heads starting to tilt upward as one when the expanding cat put on height. He stretched taller as he did wider - his belly’s bubbling growing in tandem - his body distorting severely to contain what it endlessly swelled with. The cat’s limbs were absorbed into his severely rotund frame, divots consequently forming. Jake mewled when his crotch pressed into the bronze floor, right when his paws were raised from its severe expansion. Said crotch took on the role of his bodily anchor, causing him to shift atop it in slow, circular motions, stirring up the mayhem in his stomach all the same. His entire torso, sides, back, and backside merged, losing their individual definition in favour of uniting into the shape of a sphere. During this colossal reshaping, his stomach no longer distended so comically, morphing into a curved wall that kept on gurgling from the soda that started it. From his belly’s simultaneous recession and growth, his crotch retook some of the spotlight from the front. His hoodie stretched around the upper-hemisphere of his spherical figure; his jeans did the same for his lower-hemisphere. The pants’ lone button began to quiver like a cork on a shaken soda bottle, the pressure within climbing, pressing into and deforming Jake’s lower belly beneath it to maddening extremes. It loosened smidge by smidge in the slit it was sewn into. Even with such craftsmanship as those threads, they could not withstand Jake’s increasing enormity forever.

     PING!

Like a bullet, Jake’s jeans button popped clean off, shooting towards the onlookers and confectioner. While missing Kora, the lizard, eagle, and kangaroo hastily ducked to avoid the dangerous projectile, standing back up and hearing it ricochet off one of the tubes behind them. Where it went from there, nobody knew, nor frankly cared after the fact. Their attention returned to the inflating cat. With the button’s absence, Jake’s zipper undid itself instantly. Their relative loosening allowed the trousers to pull down against his swelling lower circumference, from which a stranger sight revealed itself. A pair of pink panties had been worn by Jake this day, their bright hue contrasting from his fur and the rest of his attire. By now, the garment stretched immensely against his body, hugging what was once his waist. Thin lines of the fabric stretched around his spherical sides, their back end digging increasingly deeper between those giant asscheeks previously swallowing it… but never like this.

“Don’t… look...” Jake cried out, his head tilted up like he sank into quicksand, the likes of which he currently preferred to having his undergarments exposed while a squirming ball of himself. “MMMMPH?!?

From his bodily rise in pressure, the bloating found its way into his face. It puffed out in a ridiculous manner, gifting him cheeks so tight and globe-shaped, a double-chin that scrunched against his rounded chest. A divot was quick to form around Jake’s big head, losing much of the sight he had on his surroundings and those in it. Spanning the next moment or two, the feline grew substantially. Every side of his body was one, the perfect shape befitting that of a planet. With this proper formation, Jake surged faster. His eyes flittered when he felt a part of him (he was unable to tell which exactly) bumped into one of the workstations. His hide proceeded to press steadily into this table, only for another side of him to press into a different table, followed by a third in his growing vicinity. Kora and the guests observed Jake as his body pushed the tables away, their collective scraping adding to the cacophony from his guts. A few stacks of papers that had not been put away in the Kobolds’ scramble were knocked over, tumbling to the floor and swirling around the feline. Loud crashes rang out when remaining jars and beakers fell as well, the glass remaining intact while liquids spilled out. From the sides of the room where they had retreated to, the Kobolds watched this brat ruin their hard work. Throughout it all, Jake moaned and whimpered most pitifully, flapping his hands and feet as they barely stuck out from their divots.

It was with some measure of relief for Jake when his swelling soon slowed. His drum-tight hide ceased to stretch so much so fast, easing its distention as did his overstretched clothes. The hissing from within rose in pitch, fading away, evoking the precise sound of that unseen air tank finally running out. Yet even with the mercy now granted to him, the feline had been rendered in a vulnerable and delicate condition - none that the other guests had ever seen before. As that lighter noise came to an end, Jake was left looking like a cat-shaped blimp, as big as a holiday-themed inflatable one puts on their front lawn, gently shifting around without any means to move himself. From his efforts leading to rocking atop his crotch emerged the worrisome creaks that threatened his relative stability. He continued to moan through pouted lips, mind reeling from his immobilized state. Jake could only spot a fraction of his hoodie, his chest so large and tight that it blocked him from seeing anything more aside from looking up - not a difficult act when the cat’s eyes already rolled up from his severe tightness. In this immediate aftermath, Kora began to step towards the swollen guest, the remaining tour noting the pep in her step.

“Well, I was about to warn him beforehand.” She stood halfway between the guests and Jake, looking back at the former. “That drink he snagged wasn’t quite ready yet. As you can see, it’s got a nasty kickback in carbonation.”

“‘Carbonation?’” The lizard repeated, baffled at this feat of science.

“Did you lose your hearing in all that noise or something?” Kora remarked, waving a hand before looking at the others. “One of you claimed he was blowing up earlier, but fizzing up would be the more apt term.”

“Fizzing up…” The eagle focused back on the squirming Jake with disbelief in his eyes and a grin. “Ha! Serves him right if you ask me. I doubt he’ll ever be bored again like this.”

“MMMMH!! MMMMMFFFWWMH!!” Jake moaned louder, bringing everyone’s attention back to him.

His crotch began to lift from the floor, almost rolling against it in the process. It alerted Jake to something awful, a hint of weightlessness that rapidly spread throughout him, the sensation discomforting like spikes poking out from inside his body. He called for help again, only for his words to remain muffled, silenced by his overblown cheeks that squeaked while they budged against his head divot. For a fraction of a second amidst his idle rotations, the tips of his paws barely managed to touch the floor for the last time - for in an astonishing sight that stunned the other guests, gravity no longer had a hold on the blimp.

“Wh- what’s he doing now?!” The kangaroo exclaimed.

Kora scoffed as she addressed this latest obliviousness. “The same thing that happens to anyone who drinks that pop… off they go~…”

The feline’s appendages flapped like a bird as he bobbed away inch by inch. He expended as much of his energy as he could to return to where he belonged, panting between pitiful breaths and whimpers. But nothing he did brought him any closer back down. In the distance, the Kobolds returned from the edges of the dome, heading towards its messy center as though being activated from seeing Jake’s panic. While most got to work and pushed the workstations off to the sides, a trio of Kobolds closest to Jake quickly climbed on top of one another’s shoulders, the rotund shadow growing above them. Before he could come close to reaching the ceiling with no easy way back down, he felt a little hand grab onto the end of his tail. A Kobold caught him in mid-air, his ballooned form swaying so. In this unintended pose, the swollen cat resembled a piñata stuffed to its clearly visible limits. Yet what lurked inside it was anything but candy. This was promptly displayed when the Kobolds dismounted off one another - the top worker pulling him down by the tail to secure him a mere few feet above the ground - as Kora let out a quick warning to her guests.

“Plug your ears- no! Your noses! Here it comes~!”

     “HRMPH!!” Jake nearly squealed.

     BRRRRRBLRBLRBLLLL…

     FRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRTT!!!

While his stomach growled so turbulently that it visibly rippled like a puddle, a loud, long burst of flatulence dispensed from out his behind. Neon blue gas started filling the Fizzy Beverage Room, its denseness resembling fog. Kora only stepped back minimally, not minding the revolting outburst unlike the other guests. All three of them either plugged their noses or lifted their clothes over them, sharply averting their eyes from this nasty sight. From the colourful fart emerged the nearly nauseating scent of cherries, bordering on reminding anyone of cherry syrup or obnoxious perfume. It was a smell that cut the noses of the eagle, lizard, and kangaroo - whose best efforts to block it were proven fruitless - the confectioner herself too, no matter that she refrained from trying to hide her face from the fog. The Kobolds, however, stood completely unperturbed, without so much as moving a muscle. For them, they had no problem enduring the scent, not being that much different from the smells of the liquids they worked with on a daily basis. They almost seemed to marvel at Jake’s gassiness. Jake whimpered pathetically. He balled his hands akin to a pale imitation of his enormous physique, helpless to stop himself from farting after being provoked by the pull of his tail.

Half of half a minute later, and Jake’s fart ceased. His face no longer scrunched yet blushed brighter than ever, an embarrassment as abundant as himself tingling in his airy insides. The fog lingered with that sharp smell, both travelling upward so that Jake could see what he let out. Upon watching his gas rise and swirl, the cherry cutting his own nose too, he wished desperately to sink even deeper into himself, to fully resemble a balloon so that nobody could recognize him like this. But such a wish proved difficult when he was dressed the way he was, the bold white letters on his hoodie reading “STEALING HEARTS & BLASTING FARTS” now the ultimate irony.

“Ugh, gross!” The kangaroo whined as she and the others coughed, waving her hand in front of her to keep the fog away. “That stench is gonna stick to my clothes. Does that idiot know how much these cost?!”

“I’m pretty sure that’s the last thing on his mind right now.” Kora replied, staring ahead at the blimp and his fog. “But what a powerful reaction! That soda must really not be settling well in him. The Kobolds sure have quite the job ahead of them.”

Suddenly, a series of loud hisses rang from the wall of tubes behind the tour, as though being activated by unseen hands on each of their moving levers. At first, they were chaotic, all opening and closing without rhyme or reason. But after several seconds of these discordant sounds that alarmed the tour, they watched as their disorder died out, pausing, before resuming and gaining a strange rhythm from these woodwind-esque sounds being played like a piano. Bursts of air launched toward the group, not a single soda emerging from a tube. Instead, it was all about the sounds coalescing into the backbone of a song that felt at once jazzy yet casual, the kind of tune that could make anyone’s foot tap in time to it. For the guide, her guests, and the Kobolds, no such tapping commenced; most especially Jake, who upon hearing the building tune, could only twitch his sunken head and try to look at it.

“Wha-… what’s going on?” The gasbag moaned in confusion, haphazardly tilting above the ground.

Before an answer could be given, the Kobold still holding onto his tail tugged on it again, causing the cat’s belly to bubble in tandem with the beat of the hissing. He braced for impact as did the other guests.

     FLBRRRRRRRRRRRRMMMP!!

Another brassy fart complimented the music to a T, only a few seconds long yet leaving behind another cherry-scented cloud of neon blue. Jake hoped he could regain what remained of his dignity after letting that out, but what transpired was his inflated self becoming an instrument played in time to the tubes, all for the workers’ amusement.

     BRRRRRRRRRRRT! BRRRRRRRRRRRT!

     BRRRRRRRRRRRT! BRRRRRRRRRRRT!

As the Kobold playing him carried on, the other workers got closer to Jake, surrounding him as his butt bellowed its accompanying beat. Music filled the room much like his gas, the ears of those watching now filled like their nostrils. And with the scene set, the fog accompanying this bronze stage, the time had come for the Kobolds to sing.

What a bore, what a chore, Jake Whisker thinks that all is crummy.

He fails to see this land of marvels, for everything looks gray.

Pouting kitten, mindless dummy, brain smaller than his tummy.

Should have used those wits of his to sell that ticket for some pay.

Despite the cacophony blaring from his body, Jake heard those lyrics cut into him as though they were dead-set on popping him. They somehow made him more humiliated than his swollen, gaseous form, the ends of his divots squeaking frantically from his hands and feet flailing against them. How did the workers know about his regret not selling the ticket? He knew for certain he told no one about that. Unfortunately, the cat-balloon had no time to consider it further, for every rhythmic tug on his tail tore his confusion away, making his insides squeeze and his pressure build before more flashy gas erupted, said pressure relieved until it rapidly built back up. Meanwhile, Kora noted how well Jake operated as an instrument. Sure, he would not be the type to be putting on concerts anytime soon, but she had to admit… he added a nice ring to the song, giving a strong flavour to the music much like that cherry engulfing the room. In time, her paw gave in and tapped along to the brassy beat, unlike the remaining tour members who watched with increasing appalment.

Sip, bubble, slurp, bobble.

All this kitty does is gulp away.

If we didn’t know better, with signs of such greed, soda’s all he drinks from noon to night.

Sip, bubble, slurp, bobble.

Now he is a horn for us to play.

Swelling and swelling until he blows, tight and taut, ready for flight.

     SQRRRK!

“MMMMFF!!” Jake moaned aloud, being pulled towards the ground, though still not setting down upon it.

As the music carried on, many of the nearby Kobolds got up to their mischievous hijinks, not surprising the confectioner in the slightest. They jumped up with their little legs, practically attaching themselves to the airy cat. Firmly did the workers hold on to his stretched jeans, climbing up by grabbing onto his strained fur able to keep them from falling. Some relied on Jake’s panties for support - every tug causing the fabric to shift and dig deeper into the cavernous buttcrack he had developed. Jake hated to think it, but he knew attention was being drawn onto them. Upward the Kobolds climbed. Jake looked like bugs crawled all over him, the widespread sensation pushing into his puffy internals. As he briefly deformed this way and that, the feline’s gas grew more turbulent. It felt like no matter how much he let out, there would be no end to his plight. Once these Kobolds reached the top, standing around his sunken head and giggling amongst themselves, the one responsible for keeping him down simply let go. Instantly, the cat rose, the nerve-wracking weightlessness and the threat of being out of anyone’s reach against the ceiling sending newfound panic into him. Everyone’s heads veered up to see him and the Kobolds lift off.

Jake’s ascent proved careful, counterbalanced and held back to some extent by the workers using him as a mobile platform for play. While it initially gave him slight relief at not floating away, he did remain suspended in the air; fearful tremors aching throughout him. Altogether, the Kobolds on top of the cat began to bounce on him, his inflated hide squeaking like a bouncy house would. Jake heard the oodles of laughter coming from them, performing flips and jumping over his head, the cat able to see flashes of their colourful outfits move rampantly around him. As these workers had fun on their trampoline, Jake floated around the room and continued his flatulence, no longer being solely activated by the pull of his tail. It was as though after all this farting, his body knew to stay in time to the beat, now fine-tuned to keep the show going smoothly.

There he goes, wiggling toes, up in range of zappy lightning.

Staying far above from how much pressure out his butt he blurts!

His frame widening, clothes tightening, attitude from cocky to frightening.

All that pushing ‘gainst your gut would never halt your just desserts.

Those on Jake sang as they bounced, the rest too singing but proceeding to stand in two spread-out groups at each end of the room, bending their knees in preparation for something that only they knew. Promptly, the workers atop the blimp jumped in unison, retaining to the beat, causing the cat to be pushed back down towards the floor, his ass-blasts threatening to send him up again. It briefly wound up a cumbersome task. But once he was lowered enough, Jake felt a familiar grip around his tail, with Kobolds sliding off his rounded sides and splitting off to the two groups standing ready. The one holding the blimp carried him to the front of one of these formations, where with a hand on the tail and another balled into a fist beneath, he let go of Jake and bumped into his gassy butt.

Off he went! He screamed as he soared across the room, floating fast towards one of the Kobolds in the opposite group, wiggling his plump butt and tail as he held his folded hands together before him. When contact was made, the Kobold bumped him back like the world’s largest volleyball. It was a game the workers had marvellous fun playing, their cheers and laughter abundant. The same could not be said for Jake. Every motion made him yelp, panic causing his insides to bubble akin to what foretold his inflation. The eyes of tour and confectioner alike moved back and forth to follow the ball, the former unable to believe what they were seeing. No matter how hard he was hit, where he flew off to, or if he spun like mad, Jake’s gas always managed to propel him back down so as for the workers to play their game. After all, getting the ball back down was a hassle no one wanted to deal with.

Sip, bubble, slurp, bobble.

Oh what fun with our favourite toy!

Larger than life, full of himself, a perfect hot air balloon to ride.

Sip, bubble, slurp, bobble.

A big stinky ball for us to enjoy.

Farting and farting all day long, unable to stop, all from his backside.

The Kobolds’ game carried on through this chorus, growing intense as the competition heated up. They smacked the ball harder, flung it into the air with great strength despite their stout bodies, even being able to spike it with their diminutive jumps. Jake felt the pressure in him build significantly, the soda he drank fizzing all the same. In turn, it led him to expand even further. His hide creaked audibly, steadily pushing out alongside his clothes that better resembled enormous parachutes. Both hands and paws wriggled their last, completely disappearing inside their divots growing deeper. Jake saw the already blurry point-of-view of his surroundings recede much like his head, sinking into its own divot while his spherical chest puffed upward and out. It instilled endless panic into him, truly unable to move even the slightest of any part of his body, for everything had been rendered immovable by his own willpower, only able to see a sliver of the world outside himself as though trapped inside a hole dug below the earth.

More he grows, what he chose, when he drank that faulty soda.

What a shame to end this tour and with the prize around the bend.

Flapping hands, helpless moans, paving way for his own coda.

This fuming feline swells so big unless he has his mend.

Their volleyball game had reached its peak, excitement as mighty as the blimp Jake embodied. Did any of them keep track of the score? It hardly seemed so. All those workers cared about was subjecting this unruly guest to their own flavour of fun. During this portion of the game, Kora walked towards one of the tubes behind her and the tour, approaching a lever that had been untouched during the demonstration. Setting her cane against it, she pulled it indiscreetly, the mechanism continuing to whistle to the song as a new bottle of soda was transported from below. The instant it landed in the cubby, the confectioner retrieved it, walking back to where the lizard, eagle, and kangaroo remained stunned at what went on. They were briefly pulled out of this state when they saw the tour guide waltz past them, moving along to the music without a care in the world.

“What are you doing, Ms. Coleman?!” The lizard called out, wondering why she was going closer to the smelly balloon.

“Oh? Didn’t I tell you?” She glanced back to address him, eyeing the other two guests. “I have a solo coming up~.”

With that, the voluptuous guide carried on her way, leaving the trio behind and perplexed. Jake, meanwhile, struggled to focus. The constant thwacks against his hide only made it tremble worse with his persistent fizzing. Out of nowhere, one of the Kobolds spiked him down hard, his stirred insides making him balloon yet again as he felt his tail be gripped by another Kobold. The game had come to an end; the Kobolds came together as a group as the one holding Jake carried him back to the center of the dome, the rest all standing around him. Jake caught his breath, felt himself idly sway as he did before being used like a ball. He could have even sworn he felt something twitch deep inside him, pumping pangs of pleasure into his mind akin to his fizzy condition. All around everyone, the music receded into the background, carrying on as the dome itself dimmed. Darkness encumbered the Fizzy Beverage Room, the tour mumbling to themselves as to what was going on. As for Jake, he whimpered and shivered in his spherical prison, frightened as to what would happen next.

     BOOMP- BOOMP!! YANK!

Seconds later, the cat felt a hand bap against his hide, followed immediately by pulling on his tail, letting another fart out against his will.

“H- hey!” Jake shouted, the hand that pulled the tail a firmer grip than the Kobolds’. “Th- that hurts, you know!”

But no response was given, instead feeling a singular presence clamber up him with impressive finesse, the grip against his clothes and fur only worsening his ability to withstand his tautness. Before the darkness could linger long enough to instill true dread into him, it was suddenly pierced by the presence of a spotlight from above (its source unseen), shining directly at the feline’s head, the surrounding surface of his inflated figure, and Ms. Coleman herself standing on top of Jake, directly behind his head. Jake whined, shuffling his appendages, the light first blinding him before his eyes adjusted. He felt the deep indents of a pair of boots on his creaking hide, making it difficult for him to speak.

“What’s Ms. Coleman doing up on him?” The kangaroo pointed at her.

“She got there pretty quick.” The eagle had to admit. “Maybe I could learn a thing or two from her about stamina.”

While the music continued its softer yet persistent melody, the German shepherd took a few steps forth, revealing that the spotlight followed her atop this floatable stage. She stopped, standing directly above Jake’s head, angling her legs so that they stood slightly past each side of his divot. The cat with his limited view still managed to determine who loomed above him, doing his best to ignore it and be thankful he could not turn his head. A defiant grin appeared on the confectioner as she opened the bottle of soda in her hand, quickly drinking it down before tossing the empty container into the dark. Near instantly, her stomach began to bubble, jostling the rest of her voluptuous frame. The trio on ground level watched astonished as Kora’s stomach fizzed loudly with the drink. As fast as a balloon was filled with helium, it swelled into a perfectly shaped globe like a shimmering cymbal building great anticipation, sticking out past her chest while hiding view of her bulge from her periphery. The confectioner let out a few moans of excitement, handling the pressure far better than Jake. Her top strained greatly in the process, buttons creaking and looking to blow. Yet they stayed intact by an unfathomable miracle as Kora’s bloating ended in haste, leaving her with intoxicating pressure in need of a fast exit.

The confectioner slowly brought her body down onto Jake’s head, her legs sliding down on each side of its divot. There, she sat on top of the cat, her ample backside lowering and pressing firmly into his muzzle.

“MMF-!!” Jake moaned, swiftly being cut off once Kora rested herself.

With her bloated belly in her lap and her seductive stance secured, she took the reigns in having her own fun, the cat’s flatulence pausing as she spoke directly to him.

Oh, what a bore, what a chore, dealing with a spoiled cat.

Who got himself into this mess, once plump and now so grown.

In such need of humility as hot air fills this brat.

With the way that you’ve been acting, how have you not yet blown?

A brief pause came and went, with Kora relaxing herself atop Jake’s head, her body language reminiscent of a lounge singer’s. In her lap, the confectioner’s stomach rumbled worriedly. The vibrations travelled through her body alongside the inflated cat’s. Jake shuddered, feeling the guttural quaking disturb his taut hide, his fur shimmering with the shrill sensation that it surely would not last. Right while he thought he could find reprieve from those tremors, his eyes shot wide open when without warning, Kora unleashed the gas that built up inside her - its brassy sound the perfect noise to build suspense. A purple plume of perfume-scented flatulence erupted around the guide, as most of it travelled directly into Jake’s poor muzzle. Immediately, he grew in a controlled yet significant spurt, the Kobolds backing away as he sounded just like a balloon, the whooshing puffs of lightweight substance stretching him even more. That throb in his privates rang out deep below, the feline mewling in his helpless situation. He steadily towered more over the other guests, widening while retaining his spherical shape so immaculate. His clothes strained deeper against his frame, the letters on his hoodie akin to the size of a billboard - perfect real estate for ads to be placed upon this wriggling blimp.

Once her fart subsided, Kora caressed her stomach - showing not the slightest sign of having yet deflated - churning still from her soda. It continued to channel more pressure, far more than what she just let out. She turned her head and lifted her leg partway, allowing Jake to catch the sight of her devilish smirk looking deep into his petrified eyes, the music from the pipes proceeded to crescendo.

Shall we send you up to outer space, or to join the other blimps?

We always need another one to transport treats steadfast.

No need to move or even speak, no more a useless wimp.

With how ungrateful you have been, you deserve every last…

blaaaaaaaaast!!

     BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRMMMT!!!

Playing off the crescendo that now played her out, Kora unleashed her stomach’s entire gaseous contents into Jake, dropping her leg right before it was all let out. Purple clouds spread and swirled around the gleeful confectioner and the top of this flailing mountain, holding onto her hat as she stared down at her guest. Jake’s eyes rolled partway back, the pressure inside him reaching titanic levels all over. He waved and wobbled in the Kobold’s grip, finding himself having to use both hands to keep the cat down after all this time, eliciting another cherry-scented outburst from that puffy butt. Both farts proved remarkably harmonious. In seconds, Jake ballooned to his utter limit, his head approaching the ceiling while he creaked with every added inch to his ball-shaped waistline. His nostrils were overwhelmed. His cheeks pumped up larger, making Kora lift a smidge higher as they acted like makeshift cushions. He grew so profusely tight that her lengthy fart echoed loudly from inside him, rumbling like a bass speaker cranked to the max. But this startlement did nothing to deter Kora from letting one still rip. The tour on ground level watched as her stomach shrank back down, her buttons above it no longer at risk of bursting. Simultaneously, the pipes slowed their whistling, the music coming to a close as the spotlight turned off, the room’s light returning.

By the time Kora let out the last of her gas, Jake barely moved on what little accord he held onto. He shone like latex in the light, some of the Kobolds walking away and beginning to clean up the feline’s mess - putting back their workstations. As for the others, they scrambled to help the one responsible for holding down Jake when the cat started floating into the air again, this time taking the worker off the ground with him! The Kobold held on for dear life, hugging onto the appendage like a rope. Before his little legs could flail for long, several Kobolds leapt up one after another and grabbed onto the previous one’s legs or their modest rump, using their combined weight to hold Jake down even harder. This tugging only forced out another loud and sizeable torrent of gas, the latest neon blue cloud spreading around the room. The remaining tour turned away, still able to see both those Kobolds shifting around to hold Jake’s tail together, and their guide sliding down his belly, creaking ominously from her weight pushing against it.

“Talk about a show!” She greeted the trio of guests, landing impressively on her paws. “I can’t remember the last time I had so much fun!”

At first, they could only stare at her in silence, processing the bizarre show and how the confectioner had spiced it up. But as Kora walked over to and retrieved her cane, the guests turning to face her and the pipes, they seemed to realize that the worst had come to pass, unlike Jake’s severe gassiness that blared out in the background, no longer confined to the beat of a song. He continued to fuss with what little movement he retained. The workers beneath him proceeded to hold his tail together, standing in a circle around it. Each new hand against it produced another fart from the feline, doing nothing to ease the storm that wreaked havoc on his guts, not helped by any means thanks to Kora’s solo.

“He’s not going to get any bigger now, is he?” The lizard glanced at Jake, looking back at Kora to avoid that noxious cherry smell.

“No… or at least, he shouldn’t.” She answered. “So long as no more soda goes down his throat. Even one more drop would certainly spell his doom.”

From below Jake, the Kobolds tethering him towards the floor snickered amongst themselves. They each took turns pulling on his tail - one at a time in quick succession - forcing out a series of farts from the helpless gasbag, left at their mercy lest he be let go.

“It’s a good thing he can’t touch one of those levers again.” The eagle smirked. “Otherwise, this whole place would be a hazard.”

“He’s not coming with us… is he?” The kangaroo butted in, loathing the noise that vacated Jake’s butt. “If that dolt dares ruin my outfit again, I’m leaving!”

Kora assured her. “You will not need to take such drastic action. Mr. Whisker will be taken away from us for the time being.”

Hearing that made Jake’s ears twitch, his eyes widening substantially.

     “Where to?” Asked the lizard.

“Is it not obvious?” Kora smirked. “He’s in dire need of being deflated. He’ll be tended to with the rest of our durable delivery balloons. No doubt will he fit in just fine~.”

“You can’t be serious.” The eagle butted in. “Why bother? He deserves it for going against the rules.”

“Hmmm… perhaps you’re right,” Kora rubbed her chin, “but I’d rather not have a mess to clean up, should he blow.”

That word again… blow. Jake squirmed inside himself again, his rubbery hide loudly ringing out. That throbbing deep within his ball for a body intensified in a heartbeat; it made him feel as though something else was prone to bursting with rising imminency.

Kora then added, “and I get the feeling the Kobolds would rather carry this brat out than have to sweep up his many little pieces.”

The trio of guests turned around when they heard the sound of marching footsteps in unison. Together, the Kobolds began to make their way out of the Fizzy Beverage Room, the giant Jake tilting while being carried off. Their little footsteps meant a long, arduous journey ahead for the cat, his method of transportation making him look like he was the centre of attention in an impromptu parade. He would no doubt put all the other floats to shame, no matter that they would consist of beloved characters the world at large knew. This one squirmed and moaned, the occasional pull on his tail (ensuring he did not stray from his set path) leaving behind that funny noise, blue fog, and a cherry scent that would no doubt linger for long to come. At first, the one-float parade had no issue as it moved across the dome, the rubbery creaking of Jake’s hide prevalent as ever. Yet once they made it to that very door the feline had first entered with his own two paws, the Kobolds were forced to crouch down to allow the blimp to fit through. What followed was a sizeable moment of Jake being squeezed out, the workers slowly walking ahead, lowering themselves further to the floor so that his head could pass through the exit. His massive frame matched that of the door’s: Once so large and spacious from before he was a gassy balloon. If he were to have swelled by even a smidge more in this position, Jake would undoubtedly plug up the doorway, the thought of which terrified him with his hide grinding against its edges.

Kora led the tour to where Jake and the Kobolds had taken off from, watching ahead the awkward if not steady progress being made to get the cat out of the room. Jake’s cheeks warmed immensely, embarrassed to be carried out by this unrelenting method. Mania flowed through his planetary self. He had no idea what awaited him… if he would even make it out of wherever he was being taken to. All he knew was that he was responsible for what he became.

     SQURRRRK!!

Jake winced when the Kobolds got the rest of him through the door, no longer filling the Fizzy Beverage Room, reminding everyone else just how vast it was without an ill-behaved cat taking it up. There, in the once expansive hall he had first entered from, he felt like a rat in a maze - not just out of the endlessness of the factory’s layout, but from feeling so cramped as well. From the other side of the door, the Kobolds stood, strengthening their hold on the cat whom they carried away.

“MMMPH! HRRRRRRMP- MFFF- GHMMMMMH!!” Jake’s moans came endlessly like his gas, echoing through the corridor, the noise filling his ears.

He wanted back on the tour. He wanted to see what this place had in store, no longer wishing to dismiss everything as boring at first glance. Anything to escape whatever fate awaited him at the hands of these misbehaving workers. But it was too late for him; he could not escape the hold his own body had on him. After another moment, he disappeared. The tour, unable to see him once the Kobolds turned the corner, turned their sights onto their guide, still her peppy self despite one of her guests being taken away.

“So… who’s ready for the next room?” She clasped her hands together, the impact against her cane producing a metallic thwack. “With Mr. Whisker taken care of, the rest of your time here shall be smooth as butter.”

She began to guide the group out of the dome, back out the way they came. Jake’s cherry flatulence remained as a faint fog, ensuring that the guests’ noses would remain wrinkled for quite some time. Not one of them looked back at the Fizzy Beverage Room, nor the remaining Kobolds who cleaned up the place, or - after passing through the door - its automatic closing behind them.

“Fret not.” Kora assured the eagle, lizard, and kangaroo, who actively tried to look forward to their next stop. “We’ll be taking a different path from Mr. Whisker’s whereabouts.”

Somewhere in the heart of the factory, within warping tunnels that never seemed to end, Jake Whisker’s farts could be heard as clear as day, it and his fizzy frame a guarantee that he would never be bored again.
