Chapter Text
When your immortal centaur teacher calls you and your friends to talk about a prophecy, never ever expect something good.
There we were, walking into the Big house, hoping for something different for our future. Weird thing was, I saw Rachel beside Chiron shaking and drowning herself with tons of water bottles. Annabeth, Grover and I stood in front of them, wondering why Rachel looked like she had seen a ghost.
"Percy, Annabeth, and Grover I have terrible news."
Chiron had spoken. It broke the silence. We're used to getting terrible news now, trust me.
"Is this about the prophecy you were so urgent to tell us?"
"Yes. I am still in shock of what Rachel had said."
He pulled three chairs, and placed it beside his chair and Rachel's who was still shaking from concern.
"Sit, I will tell you the exact words she spat out while you guys were gone."
"No, Chiron, I shall tell them instead."
Rachel finally stopped chugging 2 bottles at a time and spoke.
"Are you sure Rachel? You still have not recovered."
"I am sure."
Rachel sighed, and stood up, her legs still trembling as she spoke.
"A child of sea and storm will walk where magic lives unseen.
A broken door will open wide, to reach a world not his own."
"There he will find the one with a wand, a scar carved from a spell.
Together they must stand as one, when war begins to rise."
"But in that world of hidden fear, another enemy lies.
A name not yet revealed will grow, a name who they don't speak of."
"And if he realizes someone has entered their timeline before your time,
many will end up dead."
"They will work together.
They will attempt to annihilate the multiverse."
"They shall win,
Unless both universes work together."
There was a moment of silence for a few minutes. I could tell Annabeth had working mechanical brain stuff that's working already. Chiron finally cleared his throat and began to speak.
"The reason why I am so trembled to hear this, is because this prophecy is not like the others. I have a weird feeling this is connected to Kronos, but this prophecy's a much more bigger threat. I am afraid, if you fail, the enemies will, and shall destroy everything"
"Chiron, do we need to go with Percy? It's clear we need to open a door to go to this other 'world'."
Annabeth finally figured what to say. She was still pretty creeped out by the prophecy
"No. No. Didn't you hear what I just said? A CHILD. Of sea and storm. Didn't say a brain child or a son of Pam. God, sometimes you're insufferable." Rachel lashed out. This was the first time she had been this angry.
"Rachel, calm down. Grover, will you please take Rachel to Apollo cabin in hopes to heal her? She is still on edge. Don't blame her."
Grover stood up, and took care of Rachel.
"Sorry about that Annabeth, it is weird to be the Oracle."
