2020 AD in a dark, fictional world of fantasy and magic.
In the wake of death, hope still rises again.
The Halloween Battle had ended — a night of crimson tragedy.
The sacrificial death of Portgas D. Rouge struck the defenders' hearts like a bell of mourning. Yet even amid despair, their resolve burned on.
An enigmatic wanderer, the Noble Demon Ideon D. Azrael, the Time Walker, appeared with reinforcements to aid the shattered alliance against the invading legions led by Lord Voldemort, Bellatrix Lestrange, Lucius Malfoy, Donquixote Doflamingo, and the masked spectre herself — La Maschera.
Through the reluctant aid of Admiral Kuzan (Aokiji), the intervention of Cipher Pol, and the divine tidings brought by the Kozuki Clan, Red Scabbards, along with Monkey D Luffy's other allies and Marco the Phoenix, the defenders turned the tide. And when all seemed lost, it was Red-Haired Shanks who stayed Figarland Shamrock's barrage — and with it, the end of everything.
Now, from the ashes of war, the world breathes once more.
Sixteen seventh-years of Hogwarts have joined hands with young wizards from around the world — a global potpourri of magic. Alongside the staff of Hogwarts, the veterans, the time-travellers from the 1930s, and the mysterious sons of Abraham — Edward Sebastian, former Cipher Pol agent, and Joseph Alphonz, former Auror and Hogwarts Professor — they begin anew.
