It had been such a long time ever since the world war 1 and world war 2, so many years passed, and so many developments in the world.
Rin Satsuki, who was an, well, outsider came to this lovely town Gensokyo to rather feel safe and not worry about it much than actually living there.
But it seemed that a few people took a liking to her, even if she isolated herself from any attention, yet she appreciated the love and support.
Those few people being Reimu, Yuuka and the grandmas living in the human village.
However, she took a step further and decided to revisit her homeplace once again, as she didn't came with the intentions to actually stay in Gensokyo.
Yuuka would gift her those sunflowers of hers as a goodbye, and Reimu simply gave her crackers, typical Reimu yet she adored their given gifts.
Yukari would guide her to reach the place through her weird gaps, and it was quite effective as a means of transport, actually.
Huh, it seemed to be evening at the moment, yet there weren't many people in sight, well, good for her.
As Rin strolled through the streets, she wondered if her home and clinic was still there ever since those years, I mean, it's her own property so there's a high chance.
Everything was so different and new compared to when she used to stay here, although it's been centuries ever since she left, she couldn't even recall what year it was now.
That was due to Gensokyo's timeline being unusual from the outer world, which was to be expected coming from a setting like that.
Sighing as the breeze flew past her, Rin stopped for a moment to take a breathe, this route was honestly time wasting, but she had no other choice.
Feeling a unlikely presence behind her, Rin turned to face the individual who'd sneak up on her, who was a young man with short brown-ish hair with the same height as her.
Rin felt nervous at the sudden arrival of this person, but tried to appear as composed, "Uhhm, Sir, do you need anything?" She questioned the other while swinging her bags subtly.
The man, whose mouth quirked into a smile replied in a cheery tone, "You're really pretty~ are you new here? I can show you around!" He suggested as he leaned on the nearby pole.
As much as Rin appreciated the help, she would rather explore on her own, "No, no! Thanks for asking but I'm not new here!" When she was finished saying this, she dashed away from the man as fast as she could.
Oh boy, that was such a strange man, and one she hadn't seen here before, maybe some people came to stay while she was gone? Who knows.
After few more minutes of strolling around, she reached her beloved home! Great thing she didn't forget her keys...
Unlocking the door and stepping inside, Rin observed that a thing hadn't changed since she leaved this place, it was almost as if she left this home for only one day.
Throwing the bags and luggage on the ground, Rin took a seat on the soft couch, it was a miracle everything was still tidy and well kept here.
Even the tickling clock worked fine, with the time being 4:26 in the evening, she decided that she'll go to work from tomorrow on.
