The beggining. Where the two fairies get transported into a different universe.

Chapter Text

Bloom and Tecna looked around, confused. At one second, they were with the other members of the Winx Club. And the other, Tecna's portal malfunctioned. And they woke up at a different city.

"Uhm... Tecna?... Where are we? And where are the others?.. Bloom asked, looking around frantically.

Tecna also looked around, but she didn't seem so panicked, unlike Bloom. "I don't seem to recognize this town."

"Wait. If we are here then... Where are Lockette and Digit?!" Bloom asked, frantically looking around for the two pixies.

"Bloom!" Bloom looked up once she heard a familiar voice, her bonded pixie, Lockette. Both her and Digit flew towards them from behind a pole, along them, Kiko jumped to the fairies.

"Oh thank goodness you're both safe!" Bloom quickly picked up Lockette and hugged her.

"Where could we be?.." Tecna asked, looking around.

"My maps don't show anything. Says here it's called 'Sunny Bay', but nothing else!.." Digit explained.

The girls then suddenly hear some commotion, and then see some lights. Bloom runs to see what it is.

Tecna tries to reach after her friend, but to no avail. "Bloom. No!" She sighs and decides to also run after her friend. The two friends come to a halt.

"This is gonna end badly!" Lockette said, concerned. And her and Digit flew after the fairies.

The two fairies spot three girls fighting two villains, who were flying, smiling evily, however, the the three girls were losing.

"Just give up already." One of them said. "Honestly. It's too pathetic."

The other one nodded along. "Yeah."

"We will never give up!" One of the three girls, the one with long pink hair, said to the two villains. "No matter what!"

"Yeah! You two are never gonna win, Praxina!" The girl with the orange hair yelled.

One of the two, called Praxina, just shrugged her shoulders. "Eh. Suit yourselves then."

The two villains were about to use some kind of spell together to attack the three.

Bloom could not take it anymore, and walked a bit closer, and yelled. "Hey! You two! Leave those girls alone!"

"Oh? Are these two new princesses?" Praxina asked mockingly.

The guy one sighs, and looks tired and bored. "Why?! Seriously, we have to fight five princesses, three if the other two aren't here. Why two more?!" He whines.

"Mephisto, shut up already." Praxina told the other villain.

"I do not know who you two are, or these three are. But I do not care." Bloom said, ready to fight. And then she turned to her friend. "Tecna. Let's do it, together!"

"Magic Winx! Enchantix!" The two girls say out loud, and do their transformation pose. And they proceed to transform into their Enchantix fairy forms, and jump infront of the three girls, who looked up at them.

"Who... Are you two?.." The pink haired girl asked, looking up at the two fairies in awe, alongside her two friends too.

"That will be explained later!" Bloom quickly explained, though, it wasn't that much of an explanation, but it was something. Her and Tecna fly up to face Mephisto and Praxina.

"Digit, Lockette, help the three girls!" Tecna yells to the two pixies.

Said pixies nod and fly over to help the three girls.

"It'll all be fine..." Lockette reassured them.

"Dragon Fury!" Bloom yelled, and shot a beam of fire at the two villains.

"Ateruina!" Praxina yelled, and almost hit Bloom with a bright beam. When-

Tecna flew infront of Bloom to protect her. "FIREWALL!" She yelled, and her firewall blocks the villain's attack.

"What-?! Those are not any type of crystal magic!" Praxina yelled again.

"It looks more like... Techno fire?" Mephisto said, scratching his head, confused. "Great. Magic that doesn't make sense. It's just my favorite things." He said, sarcastically.

"Analysis complete." Tecna said. "Your attacks run on unstable crystal frequencies. I can counter that." She added.

"And I'll make sure you don't hurt anybody else anymore!" Bloom says, and she ignites her hands with the Dragon Flame.

"Tch! You think you can stop us?" Praxina asked mockingly, again. And then turned to the other villain. "Mephisto!"

"Already on it, sis!" Mephisto nods and summons some dark shards and hurls it toward Bloom and Tecna.

"Tecna! Shield up!" Bloom told her friend.

Tecna nodded and put her hands up again. "Firewall!" Her shield causes the shards to dissolve against a glowing grid of green light.

The other three girls were still watching, amazed. "Their magic... It's completely different from ours..." The pink haired one said.

"It's powerful, but unstructured..." The light blue haired girl said. "They're pushing back Gramorr's servants without even using crystals!"

"That is because it's the Dragon Flame Bloom is using."

"Dragon what?.." The orange haired one asks.

"It's the ancient, infinite cosmic power of the Great Dragon that created the entire Magic Dimension." Lockette explained.

"But... There is no magic dimension." The blue haired one shook her head in disbelief.

"That is because we aren't from here." Digit commented, crossing her arms.

The three girls stared st Lockette and Digit, still trying to process everything. "Wait... you're saying... You're from another dimension?!" The pink haired girl asked, her eyeswidee.

"More like different universe." Digit corrected her.

"Exactly," Bloom said, keeping her hands aflame. "We're from a place called Magix."

"Okay, that's so super cool! But maybe we should, you know, help those two?.." The orange haired one suggested.

"No, you three are 50% damaged in your physical bodies." Digit explained. "You cannot fight right now."

"I'm sorry. What?.." The Orange haired one askedy tilting her head, and not understanding anything.

"She's saying we are not fight ready." The pink one explained.

"Oooh."

"Can we not do this right now?.." Mephisto whined again.

"No, Mephisto, we're doing this right now!" Praxina ordered him.

"And so are we!" Bloom said in a military boss like voice tone. "Let's do this!"

"Dragon Energy!" Bloom yelled, releasing an energy blast of fire at the two villains.

"Electric Storm!" Tecna also yelled her spell, and the two friends attacked together, which blasted Praxina and Mephisto backward, it was a shock that they managed to survive that.

"We need to tell Gramorr about this!" Praxina told her brother. The two look angry, but they decide to teleport away.

Bloom and Tecna land back in the ground, infront of the three girls.

"Whoa. Okay, I take it back. That was, like, ten out of ten of the sparkles level!" The orange haired girl said.

The light blue haired girl nodded. "Agreed. Whoever you are, we must thank you." She thanked the two fairies.

Bloom smlied at the three girls. "No problem. I'm Bloom, Fairy of the Dragon Flame, and princess of Domino. And this is Tecna of Zenith, fairy of Technology." She gestured towards Tecna.

"Princesses... Just like us..." The pink haired one mumbled under her breath.

"Hi." Tecna said, waving to the three girls, but she only looked at her phone.

"Well uhm... I'm Iris, Princess of Ephedia." The pink haired girl, Iris, introduced herself. "And this is Talia, princess of Xeris, and this is Auriana, princess of Volta." She added, pointing at her friends.

"Wait... Did you just say... FAIRIES?!" Auriana asked, with a bright smile on her face.

"Uhm... Yeah." Bloom replied, scratching the back of her neck. And she nodded.

And so, Auriana began to squel with joy. "EEEEK! Oh my gosh! I love fairies!" She suddenly gets some looks from the others. "Oops... Sorry... But wait. Does that mean-" She gasps again. "These tiny little cuties are pixies?!" She gestured to Lockette and Digit.

"Yes, actually." Bloom nodded her head.

"Well... We must welcome you two, to Sunny Bay." Iris said to the two fairies.

"I was told while growing up to thank any form of a greeting that is like one... So... Thanks. Thank you." Tecna thanked the pink haired girl, and she bowed her head a little, and nodded.

Bloom smiled warmly at Tecna's polite gesture. "Sunny Bay?.. Seems like a... Like a nice place." She said, glancing around the unfamiliar town with curiosity.

Iris tilted her head, looking at them them both. "You really are different... Your magic doesn't look like anything we've seen before. But... It's uh... Really neat."

Talia stepped closer, eyes wide. "Yeah! You both literally just took down Praxina and Mephisto like it was nothing. That was... Amazing!"

Auriana bounced on her heels, her energy was almost too overflowing. "I just can't believe it! Real fairies! I've read about them in our legends, but I never thought I'd actually meet two real fairies!"

Bloom blushed faintly, adjusting hair quickly. "Legends?.." She asked. "Pfft. We're not legends." She brushed it off like it was nothing. "We're just fairies..."

"Logically speaking. Fairies are legendary creatures." Tecna said. "So we are technically legends... And myths..."

Auriana giggled, and clapped her hands together. "See? Even she admits it!"

Tecna blinked, processing Auriana's tone. "I didn't admit anything. I simply confirmed a factual statement."

Bloom laughed softly, shaking her head. "She means yes, we get that a lot. You'll get used to it later."

The three princesses exchanged glances, Iris steps forward again, her pink hair glimmering. "Well, legends or not, you two saved us. Thank you. If you hadn't shown up, maybe Praxina and Mephisto would have actually won this time..."

Bloom folded her arms. "Those two seemed strong. But not unbeatable."

"They work for Gramorr," Talia explained, frowning. "He has taken over Ephedia and has tried to steal the Oracle Gems. We've been fighting him and those two for a while now."

At the mention of 'Oracle Gems,' Tecna perked up. "Oracle Gems? Are those like magical energy sources?"

"Something like that," Iris said. "They contain the magic of our kingdoms. When they're united, they protect Ephedia, and the entire world from dark magic. They are very strong, and the only powerful way to defeat Gramorr, and fix everything."

Tecna's eyes widened slightly. "Fascinating... A distributed magical energy system with interlinked nodes of protection. Very efficient."

Auriana leaned toward Talia, whispering with a grin, "Did she just call magic efficient?"

Talia nodded. "Yep."

Bloom chuckled. "You will get used to it soon. I'm telling you this first. Tecna tends to see everything like a computer program."

"Which isn't incorrect," Tecna replied dryly, looking as her phone and scanning her surroundings. "And speaking of programs, this dimension's magical frequency doesn't match Magix at all. We might be in an alternate reality all together."

"Alternate reality?" Iris repeated, her brows furrowing.

Bloom sighed. "Yes... Tecna tried opening a portal to teleport us from Alfea, our school, back to Earth... But something went terribly wrong. And now..." She gestured around them. "We're here."

"Oh, wow," Auriana said. "So, like, dimension-hopping fairies? That's so cool!"

Talia crossed her arms. "Cool, maybe. Complicated is the word to define it all."

Tecna nodded. "Affirmative. And if my readings are correct, the dimensional energy difference could make it very hard to open a portal back to our home anytime soon."

Bloom frowned. "Meaning... We're stuck here for a while?.."

"Temporarily," Tecna corrected. "Until I can get the correct coordinates back home."

Iris placed a reassuring hand on Bloom's shoulder. "Then you'll stay with us until you can get back home. We can figure things out together."

Bloom blinked in surprise. "Really? You'd do that for us?"

"Of course," Iris said with a warm smile. "It's what friends do to each other."

Auriana cheered, throwing her arms up. "Yes! Team Lolirock is officially together with uh-"

"Winx." Bloom and Tecna replied in unison.

"LoliWinx is a thing now!" Aurian

Talia sighed, but there was a small smirk tugging at her lips. "'LoliWinx?' Seriously Auriana?"

Bloom couldn't help but laugh. "Actually, I kind of like it. It has a nice ring to it."

Tecna raised a brow. "Statistically speaking, cross-team cooperation increases mission success by seventy-eight percent."

Auriana grinned. "See? Even the math agrees as well!!

The six girls began walking toward the city, the soft glow of the setting sun washing over them.

"With your help, maybe we finally have a real chance to stop Gramorr." Iris said.

Bloom's eyes flickered with fiery resolve. "Then we'll help however we can. The Winx Club doesn't back down from a fight. Even if it's just the two of us here."

Tecna nodded. "And I'll find a way to stabilize the portal. Eventually."

Auriana spun around, walking backward with a playful grin. "So it's settled then. This is going to be so epic!"

Talia rolled her eyes. "I just really hope it's not too epic for us."

Auriana laughed at Talia's comment, twirling a strand of her orange hair. "Too epic? Oh come on, Talia, there's no such thing as 'too epic'!"

Bloom smiled, amused. "You haven't met some of our enemies yet. Trust me, things CAN and WILL get too epic."

"Yeah," Tecna added without looking up from her phone.

"Her data suggests that 'epic' events often correlate with collateral damage and high stress levels." Digit flew next to Tecna's head.

Auriana blinked. "Okay, yeah, but still... It's all so much fun regardless!"

Iris giggled softly. "Well, before we get to any more 'epic' situations, maybe we should get you two somewhere to rest. You've had quite a day."

"Agreed." Talia said. "Buut. Maybe we should de-transform first?"

The others stopped walking and realized their mistakes.

"Ooohhh... Riiiight... Yeah." Auriana mumbled.

Once they all turned back to their civil forms, Bloom and Tecna followed the trio through the streets. The town itself felt peaceful, but there was a slight energy.

Tecna's eyes darted around, scanning everything. "This architecture is remarkable..."

Auriana tilted her head. "Or... You know... they're just houses."

Tecna blinked. "Technically, yes."

Bloom chuckled, her gaze softening as they passed a small bakery. "Wow... it reminds me of Gardenia a little."

"Gardenia?" Iris asked curiously.

"My home on Earth... Well... Our Earth," Bloom said, smiling wistfully. "It's where I grew up before I found out about my powers."

"Oh, that kind of sounds like me," Iris said. "I lived a normal life until I found out I was the Princess of Ephedia."

The two shared a brief, knowing look, an unspoken connection between the two girls.

Talia noticed. "Huh. I guess being thrown into magic royalty is a universal experience."

Auriana nodded enthusiastically. "Yeah... Maybe you need to realize you're magical, and then save the world with wardrobe changes." She joked.

Bloom laughed, genuinely thinking of what she just heard is funny. "You'd fit right in at Alfea, Auriana..."

Auriana gasped dramatically, clutching her heart. "Wait, really?! Do you think they'd let me in? Because I would totally rock those fairy outfits!"

Bloom giggled, shaking her head. "Well, I can't make any promises, but you'd definitely brighten up the place."

"Brighten up or blow up?" Talia muttered with a small smirk.

Auriana stuck out her tongue at her friend. "Both!"

Tecna, who had been typing something into her phone, looked up. "Alfea is Magix's leading institution for fairies. You'd require specific magical frequencies to enroll."

Auriana blinked. "Translation maybe?.."

"She means you'd need fairy magic." Bloom said, smiling.

"Ohhh." Auriana nodded in exaggerated understanding. "Then I'll just borrow some fairy magic from you two!"

Tecna raised an eyebrow. "That's not how magic transfer works."

"Then I'll figure something out!" Auriana declared proudly. Raising her fist up in determination.
