Fraos likes big beds. They give more space to stretch out their wings. That's why they immediately jumped at the opportunity to stay over at Smiley's house and sleep in the guest room. At least, that was the plan.
You see, Smiley is a hard worker. Most of the time she's not in school or hanging out with them, she sits at her desk and studies. Smiley also doesn't know her own limit. So it happens she passes out at her desk. Like right now.
Fraos is debating on what to do. Would they be able to pick her up and put her in her bed without waking her up? There does seem to be an easy way to pick her up without knocking her against the desk ... hmmm ...
They try to move as silently as possible towards Smiley's bed, carrying her with. Finally they reach the bed side after what felt like ages. They carefully try to put her down, but she's unconsciously grabbed onto their shirt and refusing to let go. For fucks sake. Okay, let's alter the plan then. Fraos kneels onto the bed and carefully makes their way over to about halfway so they can set Smiley down on the other side of the bed, and then ... uhhh ... then .... well they can't really take off their shirt. What was the point of changing plans again? They may as well just lay down as well and wait for Smiley to let go and then leave, right? Right. Amazing plan. Definitely won't be regretted.
To no one's surprise, Fraos just ended up falling asleep. Classic. They wake up from movement. Movement from between their arms. "Huhh ..? Fraos ... Fraos can you lift your wing, please. It's kind of hard to breath." Instead of only doing that, they practically jump out of the bed. "Ah, uh, good morning! Uhm, you uh, you passed out at you desk last night so I, ah, tried to carry you to your bed, but-", they try explaining, but they get cut off by a giggle. "It's fine, thank you Fraos. I'm gonna be honest, I haven't slept this well in months!" The avian sighs in relief. Smiley stretches out her arms. "Want breakfast?"
