“Hmm hmm! Lilly gets to stay in Rae’s room yippie!!!” Lilly spun around in a circle clutching her pillow tight to her chest imagining it was Rae. “Don’t worry about it Lilly…but why are you here too Miss Claire? Did you wanna spend the night with me?”
“Hmph, I just don’t trust the Cardinal to be…normal. I’m supervising”
“You can trust Lilly! She wouldn’t do anything a mistress wouldn’t do!”
“That’s exactly what I mean!”
Claire eyed the pillow Lilly was holding, it seemed to have a spell cast upon it, illusion magic. “Lilly, are you hiding something in your pillow?”
“W-wha what? No no no! Of course not!” Lilly turned away from Claire holding her pillow even closer to her chest.
“Give it here! Let me see!” “NO NO! It’s Lilly’s and you can’t have it!” Claire waved her wand over the pillow dispelling the illusion. What remained was not a normal pillow but… an image of Rae?
“NO NO LILLY MADE IT ITS LILLY’S!”
“How did you even get a body pillow of me Lilly.” Rae tried to stifle a laugh, body pillow covers in this world? Lilly may have the only one.
“Lilly won’t tell!”
“Okay why do you have it then”
“So Lilly can sleep with Rae all the time!”
“Please give it to me Lilly” Rae extended her hand gesturing for the case
“Okay…only since Rae asked”
Claire pressed her fingers to the bridge of her nose trying to remain calm, “Where did you think you were going to sleep Cardinal, there’s no empty beds?”
“Hm? Next to Rae of course?”
“YOU'RE ONLY FURTHER PROVING MY POINT”
“T-then Lilly will become Rae’s legal wife!”
“AND HOW IS THAT ANY BETTER!?!”
“Okay okay that’s enough you two. Misha’s bed is free tonight so Lilly can use that.”
“If Lilly can’t sleep with Rae can Lilly have her pillow case back?
Claire glared at Lilly and growled, “no. Speaking of which, where is Misha anyway?”
“Oh oh Lilly knows this one!” She shoots her hand up quickly like a student who desperately wanted to answer “she went to spend the night with Prince Yu! Ah… I SHOULDN'T HAVE SAID THAT!”
Rae nodded her head and smirked “nice. Nice going Misha wooowho! You go girl!”
Claire on the other hand was mortified “no way… they’re not having illicit sexual relations are they?!?” She suddenly turned to Lilly with fervor.
Claire grabbed the Cardinal by her shoulders and shook her back and forth frantically, “WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW SUCH A THING LILLY!?! AREN’T YOU TO BE WED TO PRINCE YU HAVE YOU NO THOUGHTS IN YOUR HEAD?!?”
Lilly tried to frantically get a word in between Claire’s bombardment of questions “bu-but but isn’t it…STOP SHAKING ME FIRST BITCH”
Claire dropped Lilly promptly and gasped “how dare-“ before she could start another fight Rae stepped in “wait Miss Claire, let her speak”
“But we need to stop them Rae! Prince Yu is royalty if the worst comes to happen Misha could be beheaded!” “Just wait a second.”
Lilly stuck her tongue out at Claire, “see mistresses deserve time to speak.” Rae rolled her eyes and ignored Lilly’s comment, “what were you saying head cardinal?”
“Hm? Oh yes! Lilly is pretty sure that two girls can’t make babies! Right? I mean if they can Lilly… Oh wait…”
Claire and Rae turned to each other then tilted their heads towards Lilly, “…What?”
