THE REVENGE

Summary:

Caillou had enough of his family treating him like trash so he decided to do something about it.

Notes:

This is my first story involving Caillou. I can't believe that the GoAnimate Community ruined our childhood by making Caillou suffer like a nuisance. I'm disabling comments in case negativity because I have no tolerance for it and I hate criticism so don't comment something disrespectful or I'll have no pleasure to ignore it.

I used to like the series "Caillou Gets Grounded", now I hate it because it's getting old and it's getting more uncomfortable for me as I got older.

I hope y'all enjoy this story and don't criticize me for it, I had this story because I want to reveal my personal opinion on the grounded series and I obviously don't want any opinion bashers in my account. I don't usually make these types of stories because I'm mainly focus on Kid vs Kat and The Music Freaks.

Some people say "Caillou isn't real so don't take it as child abuse." Even if it's just Internet, I still think it's child abuse. If it happened in real life, It's against the law.

Got it?

Work Text:

Caillou, his bald head shining under the harsh glare of the room's overhead light, could no longer contain his frustration. "I have reached my limit!" he exclaimed, his voice trembling with anger. The young boy had endured countless instances of his parents, Boris and Doris, along with his little sister, Rosie, grounding him for every minor transgression.

The punishments inflicted upon him were numerous and severe, leaving a lasting impact on his young psyche. His beloved pet cat, Gilbert, was taken away from him, leaving a void in his heart. Caillou's cherished games were destroyed, adding insult to injury. These punishments, however, were not confined to the boundaries of legality. They extended far beyond what was deemed appropriate by the law.

Years of enduring such pain at the hands of his parents had taken its toll on Caillou. He had witnessed the torment inflicted upon his innocent feline companion by his own family, a sight that haunted him. The very people who were supposed to protect and nurture him had forced him to part ways with Gilbert in the most heart-wrenching manner imaginable, using a gun to end the cat's life and even consuming its remains afterwards.

Boris, his face contorted with anger, admonished Caillou, "Do not dare to speak back to us, Caillou! This is not the way we raised you!"

But Caillou, his patience worn thin, could no longer hold back his emotions. "I no longer care about your opinions!" he retorted, his voice filled with a mix of frustration and desperation. "You, Mom, and Rosie have treated me in this cruel manner for as long as I can remember."

"I have reached my breaking point with all of you constantly grounding me for every little thing I do!" Caillou exclaimed, his frustration evident in his voice. "It's a daily occurrence! I am constantly being punished for trivial reasons, and you never give me any freedom. On top of that, the punishments you impose on me are completely unjust and even against the law!"

Boris, Caillou's father, interjected, attempting to justify their actions. "That's not true, Caillou. We were only trying to instill discipline in you for your frequent mishaps."

Rosie, Caillou's younger sister, chimed in, echoing their father's sentiment. "Daddy's right, Caillou. We were just trying to discipline you for your mischievous behavior, nothing more."

Tears streamed down Caillou's cheeks as he made a heartbreaking revelation. "You guys made me do the unthinkable - you forced me to kill my beloved pet cat, Gilbert! He was the only one who could provide comfort during difficult moments, and you took him away from me by making me use a gun to end his life!"

Boris, Doris (Caillou's mother), and Rosie were taken aback by Caillou's revelation about Gilbert. While it was true that they had made Caillou kill Gilbert, the reasons behind their decision were too complex to be discussed openly.

"Let's not even talk about that useless cat!" Boris retorted, with Doris and Rosie nodding in agreement.

"Pray tell, who dares to label me as useless?" Caillou retorted, his voice filled with indignation. "Gilbert, my feline companion, is far from useless. It is you all who possess that unfortunate quality." Caillou's words hung in the air, challenging the others to respond.

Doris, taken aback by Caillou's audacity, couldn't help but question, "What on earth are you talking about? We are not the ones who are useless, young man." Caillou, though shocked by Doris' retort, managed to maintain his composure. "Oh, is that so?" he replied nonchalantly. "Well, if that's the case, then I suppose I have no other choice."

Curiosity piqued, Rosie inquired, "What are you planning, Caillou?" With a mischievous glint in his eye, Caillou produced a voice recorder from his pocket. "I highly doubt that any of you would relish the idea of facing charges for child abuse, animal cruelty, and other grave consequences, am I correct?" Rosie stood there, dumbfounded, struggling to comprehend the situation unfolding before her.

"I have meticulously gathered evidence against all of you, documenting the countless instances of mistreatment I have endured over the course of several months. I never breathed a word of it to any of you, but now, I am prepared to present this damning evidence to the local authorities," Caillou declared, reaching into his backpack to reveal a trove of incriminating materials. "These pieces of evidence, meticulously collected, shall serve as my ticket to freedom from this wretched environment. Farewell, you pitiful fools!"

With those final words, Caillou bolted out of the room, his determination propelling him towards the nearest police station.

"BEGONE FROM MY SIGHT, YOU INSOLENT YOUTH!" bellowed Boris, his voice echoing through the air as he, Doris, and Rosie embarked on a relentless pursuit of the elusive Caillou.

With a stroke of luck, Caillou managed to find himself within the confines of the local police department, seeking solace and assistance in the form of filing a police report. He presented the irrefutable evidence he had gathered, meticulously documenting the series of events that had unfolded. The department, recognizing the gravity of the situation, swiftly sprang into action.

Years of enduring grueling tournaments had taken a toll on Caillou's fragile frame, leaving him in dire need of medical attention. Consequently, he was promptly escorted to a nearby hospital, where a doctor awaited him, ready to administer the necessary care. Meanwhile, his parents, Boris and Doris, along with his innocent little sister, were apprehended by the authorities, their freedom abruptly snatched away.

Boris and Doris found themselves confined within the cold, unforgiving walls of police custody, their actions deemed reprehensible and deserving of severe punishment. Rosie, on the other hand, was banished to a remote Youth Detention Facility, a place far removed from the comforts of home. The department justified this decision by asserting that her failure to assist her brother in his time of need was an unforgivable transgression.

In a twist of fate, Caillou's life took an unexpected turn as he was whisked away to an orphanage, a place that would become his new home. It was there that he would find solace and a glimmer of hope amidst the chaos that had consumed his existence. Fate smiled upon him as a loving couple, their hearts brimming with compassion, chose to adopt him, forever altering the course of his destiny.

Upon his arrival in his new abode, Caillou's adoptive parents bestowed upon him a feline companion, a striking resemblance to his beloved Gilbert. The cat, aptly named Gilbert, would become a loyal and cherished companion, providing Caillou with the unconditional love and support he so desperately craved.

As justice prevailed, Boris and Doris were sentenced to a lengthy period of incarceration, their crimes against their own flesh and blood, as well as their heinous acts of animal cruelty, deemed unforgivable by the law. The weight of their transgressions bore down upon them as they languished in separate cells, their freedom stripped away for a staggering 29 years.

The whereabouts of Rosie, however, remained shrouded in mystery. Rumors circulated, whispering of her escape from the clutches of the authorities. The truth of her fate remained elusive, a puzzle waiting to be solved, leaving those who knew her to ponder her mysterious disappearance.
